This neoclassical apartment is one of a kind! its uniqueness derives from its location and the exquisite and elegant style of the apartment and building.
Located a breath away from Syntagma square and in the heart of the historical and cultural area of Athens. The Acropolis museum, the ancient market, Monastiraki sq.,Temple of Zeus, Kalimarmaro stadium, etc. are a few minutes away.
All conveniences, restaurants, supermarket, coffee shops, bars, are within walking distance.
For luxury shoppers, fashion brands such as Louis Vuitton, Dior, Prada etc. are located at Voukourestiou str., a 10 minute walk. The Ermou str. market is 5 minutes away.

On one hand there are chandeliers, antiques and authentic pieces of art resembling an old aristocratic vibe, and on the other there is a modern plush velvet

There are four air conditioned bedrooms with nice decorated wallpapers matching the tone of each room. One modern bathroom has a walk-in shower head and the other bathroom is made from marble keeping its old essence. All rooms are open to the terrace, where the Acropolis view
is prominent.
