- Currently, there is no access card or code required to access the amenities.
- Clubhouse hours are from 8 am to 9 pm.
- The minimum age for unsupervised access to amenities is 16.

Two days before the guest's arrival, the check-in instructions will be sent inbox. It is important to note that, during your stay in this vacation home, only those who will have access are the registered guests.

PLEASE NOTE:
• Pool heating is an optional service priced at $33 per day, with a minimum payment of $165 per stay.
• Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.
• Optional services should be requested at least 48 hours prior to check-in.

This is a self-catering vacation home and only the initial items will be available at the house. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:

- Bathroom: Dove mini 1oz Essential Body Wash, Dove mini 1oz Hydrating Lotion, Dove mini 1oz Shampoo Bottles, Dove mini 1oz Daily Moisture Conditioner, Dove mini 25g Cream Beauty Bar, Tissue.
- Kitchen: Liquid Detergent, 5 Trash Bags, Multi-Purpose Degreaser, Sponge and a Dishwasher Powder.
- Laundry: One laundry detergent.
- Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed (1 extra set of king-size sheets, 1 extra set of queen-size sheets, and 2 extra sets of twin-size sheets), 27 bath towels and 14 pool towels.
