- High speed internet, Smart Tv, Alexa Dot
- Family: With prior check-in request we provide additional amenities for babies and small children (under 2 years).

- If you prefer move around with über/Lyft, the rides are affortable to almost everywhere you want to go
- Please be mindful and considerate of Noise after 10pm.
Guest access
- The property has Smart lock - So will have total privacy (check-in and check-out contactless).
- The unit is 1 of 2 on the property. This unit is located on the left side; the entry is identified as "Hidden Tresure" where you can access to the unit and backyard.
- Check-in: You can access the property after 3:00pm or as late as you want. We could accommodate luggage drop-off in case that you need it. Please let us know before arriving so we can provide further details and instructions
- Check-out: We do have an strict check-out time at 12pm. As our cleaning crew will need access to cleand the house for same day guest. Therefore, there are Late check-out fees for guest that stay beyond the agreed check-out time.

This is a typical, lively Miami neighborhood. You may hear roosters crow in the morning .
