Love nature? Hiking, ATV trails, wildlife watching
Centrally located with Sussex, Saint John, Moncton and Fredericton all 60 minutes or less away.
The Lake House has 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a comfy king-sized bed, a large closet, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has a twin over a double bunk bed.
The kitchen has everything you'll need, including a filtered water dispenser in the fridge, and an automatic ice maker in the freezer.
The 4 burner BBQ with side burner can be found on the deck just outside off the door in the kitchen.
The dining room has a table that will seat 6, and there is a bar table with stools in the living room if you're feeding more than 6.
The living room has a beautiful gas fireplace to enjoy. Great for cuddling up with a book on a cold winter night.
The dedicated workspace has the best view in the house, looking out the bay window onto the lake in the distance.
The main bathroom has a large tub and shower.
The view at the outdoor fire table and sectional sofa round out the relaxing lake house experience.
You'll have access to the entire place!
There is a trailer on the property that is sometimes occupied in the summer, but there’s plenty of space for privacy.
There's lots of room to park. In winter please adhere to the conditions and plan accordingly.
This is a rural area where snow removal after a storm may take some time on both the driveway and local roadways in the area.
If you end up weathered at the house during a storm there are shovels on the property to clear a path to your vehicle etc.
The wifi is Starlink satellite internet, so you'll have superfast wifi!
