Spend your days swimming and snorkeling in crystal-clear waters filled with abundant marine life, lounging on the beach, perfecting your serve on the two tennis/pickleball courts, or fishing from the dock! Plus, with your rental agreement, take advantage of free access to Founder's Park next door, which offers a beach with ideal snorkeling conditions, trails for running, walking, and biking, and the chance to take in free concerts and other events. This is townhouse M3 and it accommodates 8 guests comfortably. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one has a king bed and the other has 3 sets of bunk beds (great for kids).

There is also a loft bedroom with 2 twin beds that can be pushed together to form a king bed. This is a perfect sleeping spot for kids and young adults alike.

There is a full bathroom is upstairs and a full bathroom is downstairs to refresh after a day of exploring.

Gather in the living room on the sofa to watch a movie together on the flat-screen TV or enjoy a meal in the dining area that seats 6 plus 2 people on the kitchen counter.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessary items to prepare and serve your meals. Outside, there is a BBQ and outdoor seating.

Amenities at the EBC include a communal heated pool, clubhouse, communal charcoal BBQ grills, picnic tables, beach, etc. Fishing allowed from the dock, but you may need a fishing license.

BONUS with your rental agreement you have free access to Founder's Park next door where you can enjoy the beach and snorkeling, etc. They often have free concerts and other free events too. The park has trails for running, walking and biking and more!

If you would like to bring your boat your can dock it at Founders Park for a reasonable fee, which is right next door to the Executive Bay Club. NO docking allowed at the EBC marina.

We had a few issues upon arrival but they were addressed quickly. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was terrific for our 4 week stay. The heated pool was a pleasure. The beach was very relaxing. And the people we met were very friendly and engaging. It was a wonderful vacation!

M3 executive Bay

The people that worked at executive Bay were awesome. Frank was awesome and very helpful. The condo was disgusting. We dealt with roaches from the time we were there till the time we left it was filthy.The cockroaches were in the drawers, cabinets, refrigerator, and in the freezer. If we used anything there we had to wash it before we used it. We also had to wipe the counters down everyday because of the cockroaches. The property manager is not taking very good care of this place. I was very disappointed in paying the price I paid to live like this for a month. I do not l live like this, and I didn’t expect to pay to live like this! We also had friends down there that told us two days after we left someone moved in there to stay there is no way they got rid of the cockroaches. They probably threw the traps away because the exterminator was supposed to come that Friday and someone was already staying there before that.I mopped the floors when we got there because I knew it had not been mopped, when I got done, the mop was very dirty. I didn’t really even wanna rate the condo as a one because it was below zero. I was going to attach photos, but was not able to attach them to this unfortunately the photos were of how the condo looked when we got there it was filthy.

Paradise

Well worth the money. The location was good and it was well stocked. Best stocked kitchen! The outdoor furniture needs to be replaced, it was falling apart. The couch could be replaced as well. Needs to be sprayed for bugs. Overall We would definitely book again.
