Why they chose this property
The home is new construction, built in 2015. It features plenty of room to spread out in an over-sized, pie-shaped, corner lot. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, but perfect for a family getaway! Please be respectful of fellow neighbors.

The patio/yard features a refurbished "Pirate Themed" treehouse as well as a propane fire pit and ambiance solar string lighting.
