Featuring arches, walls covered with gold leaves, and a spacious walk-in closet, this villa opens out to a large, 2-level terrace with private pool and outdoor dining area. Facilities include:
-an outdoor, hot tub -a fully equipped kitchen -indoor dining area -living room with 46” smart TV and home cinema system -4 bedrooms with anatomic mattresses -free WiFi. Pool heating can be provided depending on weather.

A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

*The environmental fee is NOT included in the price, it must be paid upon arrival and concerns the accommodation/day.

Great stay in Oia!

We had an amazing stay in Oia!!!! The location was perfect, the views were amazing, and Thanos was great with all of our questions! He was just a call or text away from helping us in any way that he could! The listing doesn’t mention that one of the bedrooms is lofted above the other - basically one large room with two king beds and is considered two bedrooms. We made it work, but would have liked to know that prior to booking :)
