★While our properties location offers many conveniences, it's also important to note that the neighborhood is currently undergoing some gentrification. In an effort to ensure your peace of mind, we've taken proactive steps to enhance security by installing a reliable alarm system on the premises. While staying close to the city can bring a touch of unpredictability, we're here to ensure your safety and comfort throughout your stay. If you have any questions or concerns about the neighborhood, please don't hesitate to reach out!
★Private Parking:
Parking for one medium-sized car in a closed garage. Parking behind the property is limited, and we recommend ride share if possible.
★The property will sleep ten comfortably and twelve at max capacity
★Security & Alarm System: We've installed security cameras at both the front and rear of the property to enhance your safety and monitor occupancy levels to comply with fire codes. Please note that there are no indoor cameras. Additionally, we've implemented a Ring alarm system to ensure the safety of both you and your guests. Upon entering, you'll need to disarm this system.
