What a fun weekend we had in East Nashville. This property and location and simply perfect for your weekend in Nashville. Close to every cool neighborhood and u can walk to Starbucks and Publix should u need more groceries. Basement theatre room is so fun and with the garage door open you can have an indoor-outdoor party. We lived it!!
The property was just as listed in nice location. Perfect for our large group and our host Steven was extremely helpful. Recommended this property if visiting Nashville.
This house was perfect for the adults & several baseball players. The theater room was a perfect hangout for the 5 15-17 year old ball players to relax and enjoy some time together, while the adults were able to relax as well!
From the time we arrived, until our departure it felt just like home. For our group of 14, It was perfect, with great amenities! Steven is a great host! I highly recommend this property. Sincerely, Constance (Houston, Tx)
Enjoyed my stay! House was beautiful. And in a great location. Very close to downtown. And the best thing there was a Publix and Starbucks in the backyard.
Steven was great and always answering quickly. The place was super cute!! Only thing I would say is the blind situation - the sunlight came in around 6:45 am every morning.
House was perfect for our huge group! Tons of stuff to do in the general area, and Uber was cheap to Broadway! The property manager was attentive and helpful! I’d give more stars, if I could!
The property is very nice it’s a 1 minute walk to Publix which is awesome when staying somewhere out of town I was able to go over to Publix for anything I needed and it only took 5 minutes. The house was clean and has plenty of room for many people to stay comfortably. It’s about a 10-15 minute Uber ride to broadway street. The is a Van service that will pick you up right outside the front door for $5 a person which is extremely convenient and affordable when traveling with big groups. I would stay here again in the future for sure.
The owner had great communication and the house was in great shape. Access and ease to get downtown was great too. Parking was a little dicey because someone was blocking our spots, but we worked through it. The pricing was great for this house, but VRBO does kill you with the fees on a short term stay it's hard to justify. Very high marks to the owner and to the house. I would definitely recommend staying there.
Would absolutely recommend this property for a stay in Nashville, especially for a large group. The house was perfect for our group of 10 and the location is absolutely ideal (a quick walk to a supermarket and Starbucks and less than 15 minutes to Broadway and truly anywhere we wanted to go). The house truly feels fun and modern through the decor and has any amenities you'd want (and some more for fun - like a ping pong table and projector!).
Steven, the owner, was so helpful and accommodating to our group and he made everything from booking to checkout easy and seamless.
Everyone in our group agreed we'd absolutely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Nashville.
The property is very well decorated and cute. The cleanliness left something to be desired. There was confetti and a beer can left over from a previous guest, everything was dusty, there was a dead cockroach and we killed two more, and there was hair on the sheets of one of the beds. Only two extra garbage sacks were left for 10 people for a week long stay. The makeup towels were not there as stated by the host.
The location of the property was very convenient and great, however parking was definitely tight. Because the Publix store is right by the property the lights from the parking lot shone through the windows all night. We wished there were blinds and black out curtains to help with that.
It also looked liked some minor maintenance was needed like paint touch ups and some of the curtain rods were coming out of the walls. The pictures on the website look like they were from when the property was brand new and fresh and the property isn't in that state currently.
One last thing that would've been nice to know is that the movie theater area is a garage that was coverted to a game/theater room. We booked this property, in large part, for that area. Unfortunately, we couldn't use it because there is no air conditioning in it and it was extremely hot and humid in there.
The host was very responsive to any of our needs. I just wish he was more proactive in making sure the property was in tip top shape before we arrived rather than being reactive to when we mentioned things.
This property is amazing inside and out and very spacious and accommodating. The owner was very responsive and answered questions. The decor is top notch! Things you might want to know. There are no cleaning supplies, no broom, nor cleaning towels, so we had to go and purchase items just to do normal everyday cleanups. This property is well insulated and maintains heat well, so bring some fans. Even though it was 25 degrees outside the interior would not cool down. We set thermostat on 65, yet it remained a toasty 74. The windows open and we were able to cool it that way until bedtime. There is only parking for two vehicles and we had four, so finding parking was an issue which was a struggle and additional expense. There is only one towel per normal bed, no towels were provided for guests using the two trundle beds, so we did not have enough linens for everyone to shower. However, there is a nice washer and dryer in the property, and we were able to wash towels and shower in shifts. This is a large property with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms so keep in mind the hot water heater cannot keep up if everyone needs to shower before an event, so plan your showers in shifts. Unfortunately, we did not know this and had to take cold showers before our concert. Overall, this property is very beautiful and well designed. The bonus theater room was a big hit! We enjoyed our stay and even with a few bumps would stay here again!
We had booked a property for Christmas celebrations, for a total of 13 people over the course of 3 nights. We were very excited about the trip but unfortunately, our excitement turned into disappointment when we realized that the information provided on the website was not entirely accurate.
1) The couch had a big, dirty stain, and there was residual feather and balloon debris scattered all over it. As a result, we had to sit on the floor instead, which was not hygienic.
2) When the kids went to play table tennis in the media room, they discovered that the table had a broken leg, which was yet another disappointment.
3) We found used kids' socks in the bunk beds, which was unacceptable.
4) There was no cleaning broom provided to clean the floors, except for a large broom meant for outdoor use, which was not suitable for indoor cleaning.
5) We were only provided with two trash bags for the entire three-day stay, and there were no utensil scrapers or basic aluminum foil available in the "fully stocked kitchen", as advertised on the website. The utensils provided were made of fibers, which were not microwave-safe, making it difficult for us to use them.
Lastly, when we checked out, the host asked us to pay for couch cleaning, even though we did not use the couch at all. Overall, we felt cheated, and we would not recommend this property to anyone.
It is not at all genuine.
We had a great week at this property, and the photos were an accurate depiction of the space. The movie theater / garage space was such a fun addition to the home and was where we spent most of our time congregating. The close proximity to Gallatin and Publix was also super convenient. The host had great communication and seemed to genuinely care about the quality of our stay. We’d stay here again anytime!
