Snow-dusted pines frame the townhome as you step inside from the winter chill, where the glow of the indoor fireplace sets the tone for slow mornings and relaxed evenings. After a day carving fresh powder, you can soak in the private hot tub while the cold mountain air settles around you. This multi-level retreat places you close to the slopes while offering a calm, comfortable space to unwind between adventures.

Sleeping arrangements span four bedrooms on the upper levels, offering space for up to eleven guests. Each room is designed for rest with bed linens and essentials provided. Because all bedrooms are on higher floors, the home is not recommended for guests with limited mobility.

Outdoor living in winter centers on the private hot tub and the surrounding forest views. A short, scenic 150-yard woodland path with stairs leads to the Corridor ski trail for ski-in/ski-out access during the season. When you prefer not to walk, the nearby free Winter Park shuttle provides another connection to the Winter Park Resort Base Village.

Interior comforts include high ceilings, warm finishes, and gathering spaces that make it easy to settle in after a day outside. The living area invites you to warm up by the indoor fireplace or enjoy a quiet evening with the TV with standard cable. Wifi is available throughout the home.

Winter Park Friends Getaway

This place was perfect for our group of 11. Kids and adults enjoyed the spaciousness and especially the hot tub after long days of exploring the area. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable.

Great Stay

Excellent layout and accommodations in Winter Park. Very high ceilings as well - the place was extremely comfortable and well appointed. Likewise, it is an easy walk to the Corridor trail which connects Mary Jane's base and the main Village base. Check in/Out was easy and I would absolutely stay here again!

Winter Park family trip

We had an amazing time. The property was exactly what we expected. Our family group of 9 all enjoyed the trip. The house was a close walk to a short green run to the village base.

Not ski in ski out

Beautiful place, well stocked, very clean. But it is not a ski in ski out. It was a 4 or 5 minute hike through the woods mostly uphill, then a climb up 40 steps. Same trail on the way back.

We had a great time. Getting to Corridor is a bit of a hike, but manageable (cutting a single-track trail to ski down at the end of the day would help). We would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Awesome Family - Ski Trip!

Our first family Skiing Vacation was absolutely awesome! Our Louisiana Family will definitely be back! This home is Beautiful and just minutes away from the Slopes. Our kids had a blast in the snow and the home is perfect just in case your snowed in. We definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in Winter Park.

Easy rental, great place. Was unsure of ski in ski out. There’s needs to be a map but we think we found the correct route up a steep hill; inside/outside fireplace wasnt working but didn’t take away from the trip

Very Nice Home

Lovely property, well-maintained and provisioned. Clean, light and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Parking adequate for two vehicles on site. Only negative is this property is not what I would label "ski-in, ski-out." The trek from the property to the nearby ski trail is not easy. It is quite a workout. The free Lift bus is a better option to get to the slopes.

Nicest place we have stayed at.

This is a beautiful 3 level townhouse with bedrooms on 2 levels and lots of stairs. All of bedrooms were quiet, we loved the hot tub. The kitchen is large and well stocked, the grill was great! The garage is large and we were able to park inside. Fair warning to anyone with small children or anyone with mobility or altitude issues, the hike to the Maryjane corridor is long and uphill.

Beautiful place

This was a beautiful properly. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. The bedrooms and living spaces were comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the Hottub. Renters need to be aware of two things. First, the townhome has 4 levels and 40+ stairs between the levels. Also to access the ski trail is a hike through the woods then a 5 sets of stairs.

Great location

We are a 3 generational family enjoying the area for our first family vacation as one unit. We all enjoyed the setting and amenities. The parking is an issue. There were 3 cars involved in getting us all to Winter Park. Parking was available for two cars. Crazy! The alternate parking was not walkable. The entities in the area need to work out a deal for parking. This was summertime. Parking should not have been an issue. There were plenty of empty spots next to our condo. We had a fun time. A great area for all of us. We would recommend.
