Short for "Take it Easy,” this oversized 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath home is located on a wide canal in the heart of Plantation Key. This property is perfect for a large group of family or friends. You'll have access to a variety of outdoor amenities, including a heated or chilled pool, a hot tub, floating dock for kayaks, a tiki, and an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ. Additionally, there is up to 30ft of dockage. You will have direct access to the Florida Bay and easy access to the Atlantic Ocean through Tavernier Creek, which has approximately 15' of clearance and provides quick access to some of the best fishing and boating around.



Inside, you'll be greeted with ample space to chill out and unwind. On the ground floor is the “Hammerhead Room,” with two queen beds, a full bath, and a kitchenette. The garage is equipped with a bait freezer and a commercial ice maker for those long days on the water. Up one flight of stairs, you will find the main living space, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, and three guest rooms.

The kitchen is stocked with an extensive collection of pots and pans of all sizes, a variety of utensils, serving dishes, and more. Whether you're making a simple breakfast or an elaborate dinner, you'll have everything you need to create a delicious meal. All bedrooms offer comfortable amenities for your stay. The “Turtle Room” has a queen-size bed with a full en-suite bath, while the “Rat Pack Room” has a king-size bed with another full en-suite bath. The “3 Little Birds Room” is great for kids or friends traveling together with two full-size beds.



The ultimate primary suite is located on the top floor and is accessible by elevator or stairs. As you reach the third level, you will be impressed by the spaciousness. The king-size bed is the centerpiece of the room, surrounded by a comfortable seating area where you can relax and unwind. The en-suite bathroom is equally impressive, featuring a large soaking tub, a walk-in shower, large vanity, and a private toilet room. The spacious walk-in closet offers plenty of storage space for your clothing and belongings, ensuring a clutter-free and enjoyable stay. Outside of the master suite is an expansive private terrace with access up a spiral staircase to the observation deck. Sit back in one of the Adirondack chairs and sip on your drink as you watch the sunset over the bay.

Plus, if you're looking for even more excitement, Downtown Islamorada is only 10 minutes south. Key West can be reached in a beautiful, two-hour drive, offering further dining, shopping, and adventure opportunities.
