✔ POOL HEATING: Is optional. To guarantee an optimal temperature, It must be turn on during the WHOLE stay, there is a fee of $ 35 / day. Please let us know if you would like to request this service.

✔ GRILL: It is optional, you must request in advance, it includes a full propane tank and all the cleaning after your check out for only $65. Please let us know in advance if you would like to add this feature to your stay.

✔ PET POLICY: Please let us know if you are traveling with your pet, so we can review the house policy and let you know if it is possible. When pet accommodation is ALLOWED we have a pet fee that has to be paid separately for cleaning purposes.
