This 3 bedroom 3 bath Modern Farmhouse is located in the charming town of Fayetteville, Texas. The home that sleeps 8 was built in 2006 and completely renovated in 2023.
Fayetteville Farmhouse has been designed with plush and modern amenities. The home is 10 minutes from Marburger Antique show and 12 minutes from famous Round Top. We are 3 miles to Lake Fayette. Backing up to the town square you are walking distance to restaurants and wine bar at the Grand Fayette Hotel.
You will enjoy sitting in the rockers enjoying the country sky or sitting by the fire-pit making s'mores

The house was absolutely adorable. We'll designed and classy and comfy. The house was awesome and the neighbors were so pleasant. We will definitely book again. Only 1 downside back yard area is super tiny, but luckily the house next door was for sale so we were able to set up all the yard games on the side. Just loved this house.

We enjoyed the house and Fayetteville! The neon light in the dining room area really makes the room with the twin beds light. I guess I noticed it more because that’s where I slept. I prefer a darker room at night. It was a great house and everyone loved it.

Adorable Cottage

Would definitely recommend this adorable cottage to anyone staying in the area. Very clean and well stocked. Beautifully decorated and even with 8 adults we had plenty of room. Can’t wait to book again in the future!!

Great weekend stay

This was a perfect weekend stay for us to attend a wedding in near by Round Top. The location was ideal—peaceful yet close to everything we wanted to explore. Recommendations for local dining and activities were provided. The rooms were spotless, well-equipped, and had all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. Snacks and coffee provided were a plus as well! I recommend to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay in the Round Top area.

Fayetteville Farmhouse

Our stay at the Fayetteville Farmhouse was great. This is one of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. They beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The host even had cookies for us from a local bakery. This was a perfect place to stay while we visited our son who is a counselor at Pine Cove.

Perfection!

This property is perfection! The owner, Lori, has thought of everything you might need for an easy and comfortable stay in Fayetteville. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the space for family to gather is ample! We had a wonderful weekend at this adorable property. We will definitely be back again!

This house is fantastic! The house has been updated and the quality of the work is excellent. The amenities are great…high quality kitchen utensils, pots, pans, plates, etc. There were cookies and treats waiting for us when we arrived. Great layout and plenty of space for our family of 6. VERY CLEAN throughout the house! Sorry we didn’t take any pictures but the pics in the listing are accurate. Our host was great! Def worth the trip and the stay!!

Everything was as described in the listing with 3 master bedrooms with baths. We were so impressed with the level of cleanliness and the variety of items available in the kitchen. An assortment of games was also available, plus a tv in each room. Lori even left a variety of snacks and a coffee bar. It was a great stay and a very nice place to come back to in the evenings. She thought of everything! Much better than a hotel.

My favorite staycation location EVER!

We've travelled a fair bit and this by far was my favorite because of the Fayetteville Farmhouse. They have thought of EVERYTHING! Impeccably decorated, and feels like a luxury boutique hotel but private and oh so comfortable. From the sweet snacks to the coffee selection, the amazingly comfortable beds, the fire pit in the back and all of the games. We cannot wait to come back in the fall with friends!

Perfect Acommodations

We had a great time. House is lovely. Well decorated. 2 King beds down stairs, queen round bed and twin beds upstairs. Kitchen has very modern appliances and well stocked. Will stay here again.

Sister Trip

This house was perfect for a fun sister trip to enjoy the spring antique shows. The house was immaculately clean and very well appointed. The owners have taken great care in providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. They even left baked treats which were a special touch that we thoroughly enjoyed. We will not hesitate to stay here again!

Precious farmhouse!

Adorable house in downtown Fayetteville. It was clean, cute and comfortable. Fully stocked too! They even had pastries and goodies for us. :) It was perfect for Round Top. Would definitely stay here again.
