The property was spotless, quiet, and well furnished. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided, and the bed was very comfortable The location was excellent—an easy walk to downtown, the Saturday market, and the ferry terminal. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.
This is the perfect place to stay. I needed to be close to the ferry because my daughter was getting married. It's a three minute walk to the ferry but the added benefits are it is close to shops, restaurants and services. The place is clean and quiet and fully stocked with everything you need.
Clean room well appointed responsive host found it exactly as described with only good surprises. Don’t know about parking because I didn’t have a car. Nice kitchen but no grocery in walking distance only restaurants.
It was so cute. Great location within walking distance of everything in Edmonds. Bed/pillows very comfortable. Had everything needed for my weekend stay
We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect. Close to shops, restaurants, the water and ferry. The cottage was well appointed and just what we needed. Lauren was very communicative and helpful. We would stay again!Judi Minium
This little cottage could not be better located to explore Edmonds’ charming downtown and beautiful waterfront. It is incredibly and thoughtfully well stocked by the host. For those of us who cook, the olive oil, balsamic, spices and sugars are much appreciated, as well as the basketful of coffee pods for the Keurig and (nearly unheard of in a vacation rental) sharp kitchen knives. The mattress was softer than usual for us but it was very comfortable, as were the various pillows, offered in varying densities. The washer/dryer is a nice convenience, the large bedroom easily accommodates a desk if you need to work, and lighting throughout is excellent. Something to know is the cottage is located on an alley so although it has numerous windows, views are pretty much limited to other buildings and walls. This really wasn’t an issue for a 4-day stay and the amenities and conveniences offered more than compensated. Lauren is a dream host, conscientious and responsive to any questions. Definitely recommend and would be happy to return.
Great stay! Well appointed, clean, cozy beds and wonderful location. Communication was wonderful, with easy directions for arrival and departure. Thank you! I’ll be back
This was the most organized, cleanest, and convenient VRBO I have ever stayed in. If you're visiting Edmonds, I highly recommend this cottage. While there isn't a direct view of the water, the easy parking and EXTREMELY close proximity to cafes and restaurants just can't be beat. I'm moving to the area (Mukilteo) and I think I'll stay here again for a "staycation"!
I was very comfortable there and cozy. The bed is very comfortable. I have no complaints and will visit again. I found the location perfect for exploring everything!
Perfectly situated location for trips to all parts of Edmonds including travel via light rail. Location itself had all the needed amenities in a comfy atmosphere with plenty of space for a couple. Lauren went far and beyond by leaving a beautifully written card personalized for our stay. Simply the best, 10/10!
Great place to stay within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and downtown businesses. Was a great location to attend a local conference and also to explore other nearby areas such as Port Townsend (via ferry to Kingston). I recommend it!
A lovely stay in a super equipped small house. The location was perfect for us. We were returning for a visit to Edmonds where we had lived for twenty years. It was fun to be in downtown Edmonds and able to walk to the beaches and the restaurants.
My spouse and I enjoyed a wonderful visit in Edmonds, and the location and convenience of the cottage made our vacation that much more relaxing. The cottage and surrounding area was very quiet (even with the ferry running!), and I would definitely stay again. The management was very communicative and response to our needs. 10/10.
Cute little home with all the necessary amenities. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable and communication with the owner was excellent.
However, it is the location that will bring us back as we were just one block from the main street in Edmonds and within walking distance of almost anything you could want or need. No more staying at hotels in Lynnwood for us - this will be our new "go to" location for our trips to Seattle!
I went to Edmonds because I was scheduled for a total knee replacement and needed a place with no stairs and an outdoor area to sit in the sun and ice my knee. This was the perfect place. As I got better I could walk the short distance to a park bench to watch the trains and the ferries while smelling the wild roses next to the water.
