Welcome to "Brookside- One of a Kind," a remarkable 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house that seamlessly blends retro charm with modern elegance. Located in the heart of the picturesque Maple Ridge neighborhood, just a stone's throw away from the bustling Brookside and Cherry Street districts, where you'll discover a treasure trove of boutique shops, eclectic restaurants, and vibrant entertainment options. This home is a true gem, offering both comfort and convenience for your Tulsa escape.

This is a dog friendly home, all pets must be approved and a $100 pet fee/pet, plus taxes, is due after time of booking. This fee is used to remove any/all evidence your furry friend was ever there. We provide extra cleaning and run an ozone machine to remove any odors that may be left behind out of courtesy for future guests who may not be bringing a pet.
Please be sure to add your pet count to the reservation.

Although this property is a one-story home, there is a single step transition between the kitchen and living area, the entrance to the living area, and the sun room to the primary bedroom.

We chose Brookside to be near some Tulsa family & had the best time. Beautiful, unique home with multiple sitting areas. Family was able to spread out easily for conversations, very cozy & comfortable with lots of amenities. Emily and Nicole were quick to respond & very helpful. Great Spot

The house and property were perfect. Beautiful updates inside and a great area to relax out back. The location couldn’t be better! Just down the road from some amazing restaurants, fun shops, and the gathering place.

Nice Weekend

Perfect place for my family including small grandchildren Had a small issue with heater and they responded immediately. Sent a repair man out immediately. Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing

House was exactly as described, we loved everything about it. Dogs had a wonderful area to play and use the potty. We were able to spend time as a family and celebrate Christmas a bit early. Thanks you again and we will be booking again!
