We loved the layout of the unit and everything was great. Since most of the ventilation (if you did not care for A/C) was from the 3 sliding glass doors, it would have been nice to have the option of locking the exterior patio gates.Our coffee maker didn’t work and we were so impressed with Ramon who brought us a new one immediately. Great service!We would definitely book here again!

The amenities were very nice. Pool and hot tub were clean and very comfortable temperature wise. The work out room was good, but it would have been nice to be open a little earlier. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly. The young lady was especially nice, but I did not get her name.

Great place

This was a wonderful place to stay. The happy hour with drinks was a nice surprise. We loved the fact that there is an enforced quiet time late at night. We would highly recommend staying here!

The staff was wonderful. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The living room furniture was a bit worn. We stayed 4 nights and on the third evening at around 9pm we had what we suspect was a good size rodent in the garbage under the kitchen sink. It was large enough to remove a large slice of pineapple rind (the bottom of a pineapple) from the trash receptacle, along with other trash. It made quite a bit of noise. We called the lobby and the woman came and looked at it. She really didn't know what to do. In the end, we were moved to another room at 10pm. We contacted the host (RoomPicks) about the disruption and they did not refund us anything, which was disappointing.We would suggest keeping food trash in the refrigerator or freezer or getting rid of it immediately so you don't have this experience. Rodents happen. You just don't need them disturbing your vacation.

Staying in Palm Springs

I was pleasantly surprise that it was nicer then online. The bed was great the sheets and towel smelled fantastic and added to the comfort of the bed. I wanted to enjoy the living room more, but the couch was the least desirable. It was not comfortable, at all, and the fake leather was scratched and peeling.
