Cozy, private Huntington Harbor House

Location. Location. Location. Nestled in Huntington Harbor Heights beach community. Near everything. .07 miles to harbor, 1.4 to the village, 50-minute train ride NYC. Private beach association. Kayak/paddleboard rack. Beautifully landscaped with two decks for entertaining or just relaxing. Recently updated. Comfortable beds, nicely appointed rooms, fully stocked kitchen, equipped gym, washer/dryer, and more. You'll be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located beach house.
The space
The house is located on a quiet street away from all the traffic but is a short walk to the harbor, only 1.4 miles to the village and a short drive to beaches, parks and many other venues. You'll find the inside to be comfortable and inviting with wood floors, gas fireplace, dining and TV/entertainment area. Lots of windows and natural light. The originally beach community was built in the 1950's, houses have been renovated and update and in general have slightly lower ceiling then newly constructed houses, but that gives it the beach house charm.
Guest access
Primarily the entire house including the basement, exterior patio and decks. Some locked storage closets. Off street driveway parking for 2-3 cars. Garage is locked.

Juicebox 40 EV charging station is in the process of being installed. Prior to booking, please confirm it is availability if you have an electric vehicle.
