Pelican Beach House - Beach History Fun

Just a stone’s throw away from the beach you’ll find three stories of pure bliss. Welcome to Pelican Beach House. As you approach the house you are awestruck by the unique design. At the front of the house, you’ll see two porches -- one off the main floor and one off the master bedroom. These face the ocean and you’ll be amazed at the gorgeous ocean view.

We enter the house on the second floor which is the main living area of the house. Three skylights strategically spaced let in lots of beautiful natural light. Just inside the door, the living area features a comfy L-shaped leather sofa providing plenty of seating for everyone. The flat screen TV is huge which is great for watching your favorite movies or sporting events.
Adjacent to the living area is the dining area featuring a beautiful wooden table which comfortably seats 10 and is right next to the kitchen.

The kitchen boasts plenty of workspace with gorgeous stone countertops, an island with bar seating, a drip coffee maker, blender, all the kitchen
utensils you need to cook up your favorite recipes, and stainless-steel appliances.

Off the spacious main living area, you’ll find three roomy guest bedrooms, a full bath, and a laundry room with beach towels hanging ready for you to grab and head for a day at the beach.

Upstairs is the incredible master suite boasting an amazing ocean view and a balcony with a table and two chairs perfect for drinking in the view as you sip a cup of your favorite morning drink. The beautiful wooden headboard adorns a king bed and you’ll find plenty of clothing storage. The ensuite bath
features both a walk-in shower and a unique tub perfect for soaking your cares away. A unique port-hole window beckons you as you head back to the main living area letting in more natural light.

At the ground floor entrance, we find a marble foyer and an in - law suite featuring a sitting area with HD TV, a sleeper sofa, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a spacious ensuite bedroom.

Heading back up to the main room, we head outside and find a huge porch with a comfortable outdoor sofa and dining table to enjoy an evening outside. As you head down the steps, you’ll find a huge, fully - fenced yard featuring a gentle hill with gorgeous black-eyed susans as ground cover. Stone steps down the hill lead to a fire pit. An outdoor shower is perfect to wash the sand off before heading indoors or
into the hot tub.

It’s the perfect spot right next to the beach in a quiet neighborhood east of A1A. You can enjoy a quick walk over to the beach or take a short 10 minute drive to historic St Augustine, St Augustine lighthouse, St. Augustine Amphitheatre, Anastasia state park, and more.

You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Dogs only -- up to 2 dogs are allowed for a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for the first and $250 for two. Please clean up after your dog(s). If our cleaning team has to, you will be fined $500. No other pets allowed. Failure to disclose dog (s) on property prior to arrival results in a $500 fine. Thank you.
