Agent shall notify Client in advance of any access and will coordinate with Client to schedule such access at a mutually convenient time if possible.
-Client agrees to maintain the Property in a clean and tidy condition, and to ensure that all personal belongings and valuables are secured during any showings or maintenance activities. You may also qualify for a complimentary touch-up cleaning.
A Note on Booking & Payment:
To keep things seamless and secure, all reservations are paid in full at the time of booking. Payments are processed by our team directly, using the credit card details you enter on the VRBO website. This includes the rental total, cleaning fees, and taxes — all as one transparent amount
You may also see a separate line item for the VRBO service fee, which is charged by VRBO and goes directly to their platform.
A refundable security deposit (typically $1,000–$3,000 depending on the home) is collected and securely held based on our policies.
After booking, you’ll receive a quick ID verification and credit card authorization via text to finalize your stay. Everything is designed to be smooth, secure, and handled with care.
