Southport serenity awaits at this inviting house! Boasting a lovely location on the fairway, adventures on the beach are only a short drive over the Intracoastal Waterway. Fishing charters offer relaxing days on the water while the nearby golf courses provide scenic locales as you hit the fairway. You're also in close proximity to a beachfront clubhouse, which features numerous amenities. St. James Marina and Waterway Park are less than a mile away and sport lovely views, while the former houses a restaurant. Speaking of which, you'll find a number of local restaurants along the water that complement their delicious food with stunning views.

Back at your vacation home, you'll discover a spacious living area for comfortable lounging and a well-equipped kitchen capable of making anything from snacks to entire meals everyone can enjoy at the dining table. The lush greenery surrounding you makes it perfect for strolls everyone can embark on together. When it's time to wind down for the evening, the bedroom's plush bedding provides a good night's rest while the generous space in the bathrooms ensures everyone gets the privacy they desire. The larger beds even have remote controls to adjust them to your liking!

A washer/dryer and central air-conditioning add even more convenience for you and your guests, and there is a 30 amp outlet for an EV.
