Our family had a nice stay. The property description was accurate. Communication was very easy with the host. It was great that there was a full kitchen and two bathrooms. We were able to make a big meal and have plenty of leftovers which helped cut down on eating out nightly . The property was very clean, comfortable and quiet! Would certainly consider again if we travel to the area!

This two bedroom lockout suite was equipped with everything you would need to feel right at home. From the large washer/dryer unit to all the kitchen necessities. Only a short 13 minutes to the beach it’s the perfect fit for a family with kids. The pool felt like our own with few to no other guests anytime we wanted to swim. The water was perfect! The beds were super comfortable, plenty of extra blankets and my boys even played card games and did the puzzles provided. Thank you for your hospitality! We would definitely come back!

Fabulous unit in St. James. It really felt like everything was new. Appliances worked great. Unit was stocked with plenty of everything. Host (Bill) was great. So responsive. Great view of golf course. This is a 3rd floor unit (stairs), so be ready for that. We were fine, who doesn’t need extra steps each day? Close to everything Southport has to offer. Book with confidence!

Girls Golf Trip

Quiet and Relaxing Stay

We stayed for a few nights in this condo. It was just as described and one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed in! There’s a nice screened-in porch to view the golf course from the top floor. The bed was comfortable, and all appliances that we used worked just fine.
