Very good place for a weekend getaway. Host was kind enough to message me ahead of time. Very good communication and like the fact that they did not charge a cleaning fee. I appreciate their effort to make me comfortable and I do recommend this place to stay especially being close to oak island beach. We will definitely be back again. Thank you.

Cozy and beautifully decorated. Excellent communication with host! The bed was so comfortable. Slept so well. Quiet and peaceful. Loved the pier and private beach. We will definitely come back here.We rented a golf cart for 2 days and highly recommend it to explore Southport

I didn't use the pool but the patio area was great to share with friends I was visiting and enjoy the water view.It was an easy walk to the center of Southport.Only 2 comments were calking inside the shower should be replaced (mildewy), and guidebook had a wine shop that is no longer in business.
