The hosts were excellent at communicating. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed to enjoy a few days in Southport. The location was conveniently located to downtown. The pool and beach area were beautiful. We even had the treat of live music on the patio, on the Thursday night we were there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Southport.

We had a wonderful visit to Southport! The building is clean, there is great parking, the elevator is in perfect working order, the condo was immaculate, and well appointed. We enjoyed our visits to the beach and fishing piers! We would definitely book this rental again!

Toaster oven was well used and dirty. The carpet was dirty and frayed at the transition. The dehumidifier was very noisy and needed to be emptied multiple times. The grounds were pretty when you walked down to the water.

Hey Richard, I am terribly sorry you felt the place wasn't the 100% quality we aim for with each reservation. I will let my cleaner know to take a look at both the carpet and the toaster oven before our next check-in. As for the dehumidifier, we have never had another complaint about it, but that is a convenience item that you are always welcome to unplug if it bothers you for any reason. And we never expect guests to empty it themselves or we would have put that in our check-in information. But thank you for taking care of emptying it for us during your stay. Glad to hear the walk down to the water was great for you!!

We had a fantastic stay in Southport, North Carolina. Communication from the host was excellent from start to finish, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is ideal—close to Southport and within easy walking distance to everything you’d want to see or do. Such a lovely little place! Everything was clean and beautifully decorated! Easy access to downtown Southport and the pool and pier at the back of the property was such a hidden gem!
