Bright and Beachy Oceanfront Condo - Linens included!

This first floor walkup condo has a beach cottage feel with all the modern conveniences. Load up your beach cart and spend all day chasing the sun (or kids!) between the pool and the ocean - they are steps away. An outside shower and a downstairs lockable storage closet means less sand and gear for you to worry about. Upon check in your linens will be fresh on the beds for you and hung on towel rods so that you don't have to bring them from home or unwrap expensive uncomfortable rental linens and spend the first hour of your vacation making beds (and this is included in the price of your rental without additional fee!) When the tides turn, settle in, watch TV or Netflix while you prepare meals on granite countertops in your fully stocked kitchen, and then have dinner watching the sunset from your private balcony. Blackout curtains, memory foam mattresses, and contemporary bedding mean the sound of the waves will be the last thing you hear before blissful slumber. The Oak Island Golf Course is right across the street or hop on a ferry in charming Southport over to the NC Aquarium in Fort Fisher. Whatever you do, leave the stress at home and bring your vacation self for a treat!

Fabulous Caswell Beach

Love this place! The location is perfect—along a quiet stretch of the beach, close to the beach access, nice view of the ocean. The condo is comfortable and pleasant. The hosts are responsive and listen to suggestions. It’s a great place!

Three months at the beach

We had an amazing three month stay here (Jan. - Mar. 2024). The condo is right on top of the beach and the views were spectacular, especially in the afternoon when the sun hit the water at just the right angle. Hard to describe - you have to see it! The condo was perfectly maintained and communication with the hosts was excellent. A few minor issues were promptly resolved. The location is excellent: short drives to many restaurants on Oak Island and Southport an easy 10 minute drive away. Highly recommend Bright & Beachy (or Toes in the Water as it is also known).

A gem! Fabulous

This place is absolutely perfect if you want to get to a beach quick, see the beach from a balcony, or just listen to the waves from the confort of your VRBO! It is well furnished and spacious with comfortable beds, pillows and extra blankets. The washer/dryer is a plus! The kitchen had everything needed to eat in and relax. Check in was easy, response was quick, and checkout clearly written and easy to complete. We will check here 1st when we return to check on availability! We loved everything about this place!

Brandon and I (Stuart) are real estate investors with young families that love the beach! We live in the Piedmont of NC, about 4 hours away from the beach. We are thankful to have supportive spouses who understand and let us pursue our dreams.

We were looking for an opportunity at one of NC's amazing beaches. It was empty and needed a lot of love. We have spent lots of time and effort creating a comfortable retreat that is equipped with all the modern conveniences. You can't beat the quiet beaches, the amazing views, and the quintessential NC beach town vibe. We love it on season and off season.
