Our non-smoking second floor unit has the best southern view at Coral Surf. It will make you want to stop everything and stare at the spectacular Atlantic ocean. Our completely renovated unit includes brand new kitchen and 2 full baths. The 2 bedrooms and open living room come with smart televisions and is spacious enough to accommodate 6 guests. You will be walking distance to Carolina Beach's beautiful boardwalk, shops, restaurants and the beautiful Lake Park where there is a walking path and paddle boat rides. There is a private beach access and swimming pool literally outside the front door. The pool season runs from some time in May to sometime in October. For your convenience all linens are included. There are beach chairs as well for an added convenience. Call today 973-907-0409 to enjoy this beautiful destination. We also offer discounted long term winter rentals upon request. Designated parking for 1-2 CARS -(please check last photo). No pets, no elevator, not handicap accessible and absolutely No Smoking, Vaping or grilling anywhere on the premises, fines will be implemented per incident. If someone needs to smoke or Vape they will have to go to the beach or the street. Golf carts, scooters, bikes and any other chargeable electric devices are not allowed to be charged at Coral Surf. You may have an electric golf cart, however, must be charged off premises. Please read HOA rules at the end of the photo gallery before booking your stay.

Feels like home!

It's always difficult finding a place to stay on the beach that is both affordable and comfortable. However, I am not exaggerating when I say that this place feels like home. The Hogan's did an amazing job opening up their beautiful home and providing all the essentials needed to stay comfortably. I had no problem cooking, cleaning my clothes, using the bathroom, etc. everything was provided and was so clean! I'm a stickler about cleanliness and I'm always nervous staying in a place that's not my home but the condo was so incredibly clean that I could just relax. Also, we had one rainy day and we used the board games provided to keep us busy. With the beach access and the amenities provided, we didn't have to leave the place for entertainment during the whole 4 days we were there. I can honestly say that the Hogan's home made our vacation feel like a dream come true!

End of School Getaway

We love Carolina Beach and wanted an oceanfront getaway with the girls to celebrate the end of spring semester before we all headed back to our hometowns. The owners were so kind and helpful during the check in process. We will definitely be staying here again! Extremely clean and plenty of room. Short walk to the beach! It was a perfect weekend at the perfect place!

A Time to Rest and Reconnect

My long time friend and I had a lovely stay at this cozy beach front condo. The condo was clean and well equipped. The property owner was so very nice and helpful. My friend and I felt very safe and comfortable. We had a wonderful time reconnecting and enjoyed the warm breezes and beautiful views of Carolina Beach. I loved the small town feel and hospitality. Would definately recommend.

Girls Getaway!

A beautiful spot, the view is amazing! The place is very well maintained and decorated in a very pretty sea like fashion. Deb and Tim are very warm and welcoming, they are very passionate about their home and it shows! Would love to go back for a longer visit! 😊

The Hogan's have been a part of the Coral Surf family for over thirty five years. First used as a vacation spot for weekly vacations for several years, and now after falling in love with the area, the Hogan's are full time residents of Wilmington.

Why they chose this property

One of the many benefits of staying in Coral Surf is the fact that being located on the southern part of the island allows for a less congested more relaxing stay compared to the seemingly narrow confines of the northern end. Also, Coral Surf has only 13 units, compared to some of the other bigger Condominiums on Carolina Beach, the whole atmosphere is welcoming and quieter and feels like you are vacationing in your own private resort.

What makes this property unique

The second floor unit is normally the most popular, you have a great view of the beach and only have two flights of stairs. Most second floor units usually have a unit above them on the third floor, our unit at Coral Surf, however, is very unique in that there is no unit above. This allows for the best of all worlds, a great view, only two flights of stairs, and maybe the best of all, peace and quiet because there is no unit above to cause annoying noise.
