The Pelican's Perch is a newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom OCEANFRONT condo in Carolina Beach.

Oceanfront, second floor condo with private walkway to the beach and an OCEANFRONT pool.

Our cozy condo offers 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths and has everything you will need for a perfect vacation getaway.

Just steps to the beach through your own private walkway. The Pelicans Perch is located a quick 10 minute walk to the boardwalk/ Britt's Donuts!

Master bedroom: 1 queen bed
2nd bedroom: 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed
Living room: 1 queen size sleeper sofa

Pet Policy:
** The "I am traveling with a pet" button must be checked when making your reservation.
• One pet maximum ($125 non-refundable pet fee for one dog)
• Under 50lbs
• Crate trained/crated when you are not with them
• House trained
• Please no pets on the furniture
• Dogs must not bark when left unattended. This is a condo building, with 11 other condos in the building. We would like to be respectful of our neighbors. If your dog barks when left alone or when crated then this condo is not a good fit.

Perfect Ocean View!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Loved the perfect ocean view and beach accessibility! Location was great for walking to restaurants, ect. but also being on a busy street, there was some traffic noise at night. Also, at the time of our stay, there was a family above us on the 3rd floor that had children that ran instead of walking indoors. (Not much you can do about that, but you can hear everything!) Overall, it was a great stay at a very reasonable price! We enjoyed our time at the beach!
