Unwind with the family at this beautifully decorated Coastal Retreat, perfectly located at one of the more desirable stretches of sand on the Island. Take in the Atlantic Ocean Views or catch a nap on your Porch Swing Day Bed.

We are Pet friendly, in fact, we named our Condo after our Pup Finn and love that we get to see Dolphins go by the Pier from our Porch. So bring your Pup! We are located on the Island’s only year-round Dog-friendly Beach.

You’ll love the convenient beach access only steps away from your front porch.
There are two very different beach experiences to be had. Freeman Park Beach, located north of the Pier is a family favorite known for it’s Action & Adventure. Grab your surfboard and hit the surf with the locals or head out for some 4wheelin and tailgating.
There’s Kitesurfing, Paddleboarding, Shore fishing, and more.
On the other side of the Pier, soak up some sun on some of the more peaceful stretches of sand in Carolina Beach.

Your Island Condo is only a few minute's drive to the center of Downtown and the Boardwalk, you can even rent bicycles or golf carts and experience the island the way the locals do or grab some ice cream across at the North End Pier, fish, or just hang at the Tiki Bar.

This Summer Coastal Chic-styled Beach Condo is perfect for that beach vacation destination, a lot of love and thought was put into every detail and we hope you get to come and experience Finns Up!

There is a nearby building being restored, so there may be some construction noise on and off. Feel free to inquire further if this is a concern for you and we will be happy to share what we know of its progress.

First Trip to celebrate early retirement

Amazing!! Jamie and Cindy have a beautifully decorated home in a perfect location. It’s right across the street from the beach and we enjoyed a beautiful view of the ocean each evening over drinks. You need to pack very little for the home itself — it is very well equipped! We stayed for just over a week and we used a couple of our own trash bags and paper towels but we did a lot of cooking. Jamie and Cindy provided many amenities we packed and could have left at home! Very easily could just pack clothes and toiletries and beach gear. We loved being able to have our dogs with us also. All around it was just a wonderful experience and we would rent this home again in a heartbeat! Thanks Jamie and Cindy.

This property is a 5+star rating! From the minute I booked online to the time we left, the communication with the property owners was fantastic! The WOW factor is what I can say for the property. We felt right at home, along with our dog. Location is perfect/cleanliness top notch/location ease of access to beach/view of ocean from balcony/comfortable beds/beautifully decorated. I like to cook and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked! Truly a home away from home! Looking forward to our next stay at Finn's Up!! Thank you!!!

Oceanfront Sanctuary

We cannot say enough about Jamie and Cindy's place. Every detail was designed to make this space a home away from home. From the comfortable daybed on the balcony overlooking the ocean, to the dog dishes and blanket, to the rain shower head in the master bathroom, it was clear that a great deal of thought went into Finn's Up. We will definitely be back!

Best vacation ever!!

This is a truly an awesome place to stay. I almost hate to share because I want to keep it to myself😂. The hosts, Jamie and Cindy, were so kind. They texted several times to check in, and they answered all my questions. The condo is so cute and cozy. I truly felt at home there, and you can tell they put a lot of thought into the decor. It’s all very dog friendly, and I felt completely comfortable having my dog there. We enjoyed walking on the beach, which was right there. The location couldn’t be more perfect. This was such a relaxing, wonderful place, and I already want to go back!
