The place is spacious and clean and we got linens which was nice and we had plenty of towels. The walkway to the beach is straight out from the building and is a short walk. The beach can’t too crowded and was very relaxing. We went to the pool a few times and it was a few buildings over but cooled off in the pool and did a little reading.

Clean, great location, host was very responsive and helpful, and walking distance to so many great restaurants and such. Only con was we had loud upstairs neighbors for part of the trip, which is of no fault of the property owner. Some people just don’t try to be respectful of others. Would very much stay here again!

Perfect location with great ocean view. Feels like home away from home. Less than a 15 minute walk to the boardwalk. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Andrew was very attentive and quick to reply with any questions. Just a great place to getaway from it all. This is my third or fourth time staying here. I love it.

Great place for many reasons: ocean view, easy beach access (directly in front of the place), balconies (front and back), cleanliness, communication with host (before and during our stay), convenient reserved parking! I had a hard time finding oceanfront that also had enough seating for 6 adults, but this place was perfect, whether on the balcony, eating at the dining table, or hanging out in the living room. Though the place is pet friendly, there were no signs/evidence of pets being there before. Our little Westie granddog loved it. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Thank you for the review. After I saw the review we spoke and you mentioned the things that you didn’t like and you felt the review wasn’t justified. The sliding door to the deck was broken by a previous guest but there are two doors and I had told you before arrival that I prefer you use the other one as a precaution but it was still fully functional. Fortunately, The door is being fixed today, April 30th.

We loved staying right on the beach and within walking distance to the Boardwalk and other favorite restaurants like Nollie’s and Seawitch. The condo was clean and the perfect size for our family of four!

This unit was incredibly clean and very nice. The location is unbeatable. Beds very comfy, and great furniture. Washer/dryer fabulous. Andrew responded excellently too.The unit did have a few problems: the ice maker did not work well and leaked onto the floor more than once when we were there. No ice in summer and constantly cleaning water off floor. Netflix disappeared. No "sling" in bedroom (?). But by far the biggest problem was parking. We had one assigned spot, and the "guest parking" was always full. The people directly upstairs from us parked in the "guest parking" and never moved the entire week we were there. The first day we were there, they actually trapped us in our spot by parking directly behind us and when I said something to the older man he responded, "We paid for two spots!" No access to my spot then I guess? Twice, we drove somewhere to return to someone else parked in our spot: once a cleaning lady for another unit and once a golf cart of people who then spent at least an hour at the beach. This is a real problem for these units - by far the largest problem there. It's very stressful to return to find someone else parked in your only assigned spot. There is literally nowhere else to put your car that you're not in someone else's way, even for a few minutes. If you can park in your spot and never need to use your car - this place is for you!

Thank you for the info. I will tell this to every guest again. If I am not made aware of any issues during your stay, i can’t help you. None of this was brought up to me. I told the next guest and they said that it appeared the icemaker was jammed with ice and they loosened it up with no issues. This also caused the water to leak. If you had any issues with streaming services, a simple phone call or text message would have had it resolved immediately. I only keep those services in the main room but have the tv in the bedroom for people to use their own streaming service. We switch parking spots every year. One year outside and then two years under the building. This year is my outside year. We are all in communication with parking issues. This can easily be resolved with a phone call. Two units don’t rent so they typically have a spot open under the building. I can’t help if you don’t let me know. Please don’t base reviews on things that can easily be fixed. I work hard to make everyone’s vacation a great one.
