Enjoy true oceanfront living in this beautifully decorated condo, featuring comfortable sleeping for up to 6 guests — perfect for families or small groups who prefer their own space.
Located just a short walk from the heart of the action, you’ll be minutes from the restaurants, shops, and activities along the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, while still enjoying the privacy and relaxation of a beachfront setting.
Outdoor Living
Relax on the private oceanfront deck, furnished with durable Polywood seating — ideal for morning coffee, sunset dinners, or a glass of wine while listening to the waves.
Plenty of beach chairs are available for your use. The condo includes about four nice chairs labeled 1A, with additional chairs stored in the closet just inside the building’s entrance.
Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean from the deck and living areas. The condo is located on the first floor, just one flight of stairs up — there is no elevator, but the elevated position ensures excellent ocean views while keeping access convenient.

The condo itself is as pictured. It was nice and comfortable. Proximity to the beach and other attractions (ability to walk to the boardwalk and restaurants) is great. We had an easy time getting in contact with the owner, who was kind and accommodating. Our one issue is that we went over spring break, which we recognize is off season, and there was construction going on 8:00 am - 5:00 pm daily on the units above us and beside us. It made it difficult to relax as it was very loud. If we had been there at a time there was no construction, we would have had zero complaints.

Wonderful Getaway

We had a short but very nice little getaway at this lovely property. The best part was the balcony and gorgeous views! We also loved being able to walk the beach so easily with the private staircase over the dunes. The stay wasn’t terrible. But for the price, I expected much more from this rental. I liked the check in and check out process. It’s contactless. You get your code and can check in at your convenience. Check out is the same as long as you stay within your window. When we got to this rental, the ceiling to our parking spot was falling apart so we didn’t feel like we could park underneath the covered area in fear our vehicle would get damaged. After parking, we went to go get settled. The common area where you access all the different condos smelled terrible. There are airfresheners all throughout but it still smells awful. We got to our room and check in was easy. We were able to access our unit with no issue. Got in and the unit smelled… the longer we were there, the worse it smelled. The water was very stale. After showering, you don’t feel clean due to smelling like the water. The washer in the unit is covered in black mold and I’m sure that’s the same washer they use to wash the customer sheets… so know that’s what you’re sleeping on. Throughout our stay, the view from the balcony was nice. The beach access point was also convenient and nice as well. We didn’t use the WiFi but that was also a plus for being able to use Netflix and stuff on the tv. It’s not incredibly private. It’s more of an apartment setting. You can hear everyone above and beside you. The stay wasn’t terrible. I just wish it would’ve been cleaner for the price you pay… I expected better.

If you are looking for luxury, and comfortable, this is the place. I renovated this with comfort in mind. All memory mattresses that help you feel at home when visiting the beach. A great kitchen to enjoy cooking in and very convenient(10 minute walk) to the boardwalk where all the action is.
