Enjoy true oceanfront living in this beautifully decorated condo, featuring comfortable sleeping for up to 6 guests — perfect for families or small groups who prefer their own space.
Located just a short walk from the heart of the action, you’ll be minutes from the restaurants, shops, and activities along the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, while still enjoying the privacy and relaxation of a beachfront setting.
Outdoor Living
Relax on the private oceanfront deck, furnished with durable Polywood seating — ideal for morning coffee, sunset dinners, or a glass of wine while listening to the waves.
Plenty of beach chairs are available for your use. The condo includes about four nice chairs labeled 1A, with additional chairs stored in the closet just inside the building’s entrance.
Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean from the deck and living areas. The condo is located on the first floor, just one flight of stairs up — there is no elevator, but the elevated position ensures excellent ocean views while keeping access convenient.

The condo was perfect. The views were breathtaking and the location was just steps from the beach. Modern kitchen which was fully equipped with all necessary appliances. The property was clean and nicely furnished to include beach chairs and other household necessities. Owner responded back immediately with positive results. Will definitely book again!

Property is as described and clean. Plenty of kitchen gadgets and small appliances to buy groceries and go back and worth between the beach. Linen and towels we nice along with the ability to wash clothes. Comfortable for a family of 4.

We loved this condo. Andrew was a great host. The condo had everything we needed and was a great spot for us and our dog. The furniture was nice and very comfortable. Views were absolutely amazing. I loved every minute of my time here. Thanks so much!

This was a wonderful condo, with a great view of the sunrise over the ocean. The condo had everything we needed for multiple meals. The beds were very comfortable. It was a great place to spend an mornings watching the neach come alive with a cup of coffee and evenings having a meal with family. We appreciated this rental very much.

The condo itself is as pictured. It was nice and comfortable. Proximity to the beach and other attractions (ability to walk to the boardwalk and restaurants) is great. We had an easy time getting in contact with the owner, who was kind and accommodating. Our one issue is that we went over spring break, which we recognize is off season, and there was construction going on 8:00 am - 5:00 pm daily on the units above us and beside us. It made it difficult to relax as it was very loud. If we had been there at a time there was no construction, we would have had zero complaints.

Wonderful Getaway

We had a short but very nice little getaway at this lovely property. The best part was the balcony and gorgeous views! We also loved being able to walk the beach so easily with the private staircase over the dunes. The listing is as advertised and I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to come to Carolina Beach!

I have been renting another condo in Carolina Beach since 2008 and have owned this one since November of 2018. I love the ocean and look forward to retirement down at the beach sometime in the future

Why they chose this property

If you are looking for luxury, and comfortable, this is the place. I renovated this with comfort in mind. All memory mattresses that help you feel at home when visiting the beach. A great kitchen to enjoy cooking in and very convenient(10 minute walk) to the boardwalk where all the action is.
