**2021 Completely Remodeled Kitchen, New Hardwood Plank Floors throughout entire condo, New Upgraded Sliding Ocean Side Deck Door* 2 Bedroom (one queen and two twin beds) & 2 Bath, Very Spacious, Comfortable, Fun, Bright Ocean Front With Amazing Panoramic Views of the North End Fishing Pier and Ocean from every window! Condo is only a short walk from North End Fishing Pier and High Tide Lounge and beyond that is uninhabited beach for the best walks on the island. It's fun to watch the fisherman, or fish from the pier yourself, amazing views and sunsets seen from the pier! Freeman Park beach right there for great long walks along the surf! It's truly gorgeous. Nice dog friendly area in CB. A well behaved and groomed, housebroken pet of medium to smaller size is welcome to travel along with you, for an Additional Charge...a pet is welcome at the condo and on on our beaches before 9:00am or after 5:00pm during peak season and north of the pier all day any day of the week. Can also get to Freeman park with a short walk down Carolina Beach Ave.

**Please Bring your own linens; sheets, bath and beach towels and get ready to have a relaxing vacation on the beach or by one of the two pools at the Sunskipper's. There is free wireless internet provided at the condo. Sleeps up to 5 people.

Very Enjoyable

Our small family stayed for 6 nights during Spring break with kids and small dogs. Everything was as described. The Condo was spacious, neat, orderly and clean. With great views and easy access to the beach. Was a quiet area yet very convenient and close to the fun. Would absolutely stay again or recommend. 5 Stars!

Great Location- Best View!

Loved the view!! Couldn’t get any closer to the beach than this place. I wish our trip was during the summer think we would have enjoyed it a lot more it was close to everything but in a nice peaceful spot. The beds were comfortable the living area was big, great place to hang out with friends, relax, play games and enjoy the view. Plenty of places to sit bar, stools near kitchen area side table with chairs and space in the living room and more chairs out on the deck

Beautiful View Beach Front

The property was nice enough. Master bedroom bed was not comfortable. I did not realize until after booking that I would be providing my own linens, and be expected to clean before we left. We didn.t even cook breakfast the last day because there wasn't time to run the dishwasher and unload as expected before we left. Also there was a to do checklist that needed to be printed and filled out for cleaning before we left. We don't normally travel with a printer. Also the introduction letter felt like a threat list for add on fees, but the rental was not that clean when we arrived. I gave it four stars because the proximity to the ocean. We enjoyed being able to spend time with old friends. Even though you are expected to clean you will still pay a cleaning fee. We would not rent again.

Really amazing how close to ocean you are at high tide. Deck was extra large. Queen bed was comfy, glad they had a Keurig. First floor access and parking very convenient . Very short walk to freeman park

It's surreal sitting on the beach deck or in the living room and watching all the magnificent beauty of the ocean and surroundings. It is certainly a million dollar view and renourishment for the soul. Besides the location, the area of Carolina Beach and all it has to offer the traveler who wants to be laid back or on the go, is in abundance when staying at The Pink Sunskipper.

Right at the beach, Step out the door and you are there, can't get any closer for the views, smells, sounds of the ocean, sunrise, dolphins jumping, fishing boats in the morning for their catch of the day, stimulate all of your senses within this ocean retreat of peace and relaxation.
