Oceanfront Master Bedroom w/ access to the deck, oceanfront views from the kitchen and living space, and one of the largest decks in Carolina Beach for taking in those AMAZING views and afternoon naps! Parking below the unit. Elevator steps away from the front door.

-2nd full bathroom is located right outside the 2nd bedroom and is fully renovated with a tub & shower

-2 memory foam portable tri-fold mattresses that are stored in the master bedroom closet and can be used for 2 additional guest.

-Living Area is Equipped with a comfortable sectional that allows many to sit and doubles as a perfect sleeping area for 2.

-Kitchen is equipped with all major necessities (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, pots, pans, plates, silverware, cups, coffee maker etc...)

Ridden hard and out away wet

Ok.. The good... Great location, great view. Fairly clean... Not too my standards but I'm picky. The bad... Place is run down... And owners tried to spruce up but basically put lipstick on a pig. The floors are all slanted and spongy. Sliding doors don't lock, woodwork and trim is all beat up, rusty medicine cabinet, doors are hideous and the place is overall very used. TV in guest bedroom doesn't connect to wifi, mattresses in guest bedroom are shot. Seems to be the trend but even though they collect a cleaning fee, you are still required to take out the trash, load dishwasher, unmake beds, etc. pictures make it appear new but don't be fooled.

The PERFECT getaway!

My sister and I fully enjoyed this space for a getaway. Bright, lovely, clean, spacious, and super comfy. Gorgeous view and close to so much without being in the center of it all.

This condo provides are perfect getaway with outstanding oceanfront views…especially the sunrise! The place is very cozy and easy to access. I definitely would recommend!!
