Oceanfront, NEWLY RENOVATED Carolina Beach 3 BR, 3 Ba - Beautiful Beach, Locatio

We are renovating the condo! New floors, kitchen cabinets, appliances, Air conditioner.

The complex does not have an elevator. Located on the 3rd floor.

One of the most popular spots on Carolina Beach! Only a few steps to the white sandy beach where you can enjoy the entire day starting with a beautiful sunrise. This unit is located oceanfront on the top floor with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. If you prefer not to go to the beach the deck located off the living room and master bedroom offers plenty of space to relax and is covered from the afternoon sun. There is a large kitchen that comes fully equipped with complete cooking essentials and appliances. A dinning area for four is provided and additional seating for three at the at the breakfast bar. This is the first time renting our unit so expect all of the comforts of home.

The condo is on the 3rd floor, within view of the pool. (Convenient for families that have children, allowing the parents access to see their children from the condo).

Master bedroom is OCEAN FRONT has a Queen bed and full bathroom. Sliding glass door to the deck. Blackout curtains.

Bedroom 1 has two single beds.

Loft Bedroom has queen size bed, full size futon and its own private full bathroom with shower. In addition a Ceiling fan and entertainment center with a TV/DVD player, VCR, and Stereo system along with board games to enjoy.

Living room: 36 inch flat screen TV and DVD player with cable.

Other Amenities: Iron Board, Iron, Hairdryer and Vacuum.

There are 2 pools, one you can overlook from the deck and the other located on the other side of the building. Both are close to the two available private beach accesses.

Parking is covered.

The Ocean Grill & Tiki is a few minute walk down the beach. They serve cocktails and excellent food. Famous Britt's Donuts is located on the board walk about a 10-15 minute walk where every Thursday night in the summer a fabulous fire works display takes place. Vinni's Italian Restaurant is very convenient right across the street. Pop's is a short walk to get delicious soft serve ice cream and burgers. There are several other restaurants located in the area that can be reached by walking or a five minute car ride.
A Red Box rental is one block from the condo.

Stay in Carolina Beach (Sand Pebbles)

This property lived up to all our expectations. The ocean views are spectacular and the morning sunrises are breathtaking. Our property manager was very responsive and instructive. It was our first time at Carolina Beach and we found the community very charming and inviting. We will definitely consider returning for a future visit to this beach and this specific property.

Great view

Great view from the 3rd floor. Plenty of room and welcoming. Nice location right on the beach. Just a short walk to the Boardwalk.

Amazing time

We had the most wonderful stay here! The condo was perfect for our family. The views of the ocean are amazing. My kids loved the two pools and the closeness to the beach was great. It was great to be so close to all the action of Carolina Beach, but was still peaceful.

We have owned our condo since 2004. We have enjoyed many years of fun beach days with our family and friends!! Our children grew up boogie boarding, building sand castles while the adults relax or play Bocce Ball on the beach. :)) During the summer months the temperature of the ocean reaches 81 degrees!!

The location is convenient to walk to restaurants and ice cream shop down the street.
The view is beautiful, ocean front and private as the condo is on the 3rd floor.
