The house was gorgeous with soft, comfy beds, beautiful views, and an excellent location. But on top of that, there were so many nice little touches like Q-Tips and disposable razors in the bathrooms, and GOOD toilet paper. I definitely want to go back!

Beautifully decorated and maintained. Beautiful beach area. Food and activities easily walkable from property. Four comfortable bedrooms with en suites plus two bunk beds built into hallway wall. We loved our stay here.

The house was wonderful and the owners included many small touches to make the visit even better. The kitchen was stocked with all the small appliances that you could need like a waffle iron and an air flyer and there were many spices and other kitchen staples in the cabinets. There were lots of beach chairs and kids beach toys in the storage closet too. It was an easy walk to the boardwalk and to several restaurants in the area. We will definitely book again if we return to Carolina Beach.

This beach house was so beautiful, HUGE, and clean! They have everything you could think of and it was so easy getting to the beach. The ocean views are amazing and it is in a great location. The hosts have thought of everything and are extremely responsive and helpful! We will definitely be back!

House very well equipped and maintained. Right on the beach - out the back door. The view from the two master bedrooms and the it balconies is spectacular. From the deck off the livingroom you are just steps away from the sand. The elevator transports you between the 4 floors. The stairways have 16 steps each so you will get your exercise if you skip the elevator.Issues and questions were promptly answered and corrected. Kerri is a very professional and courteous person to deal with. For us, (5 senior adults) - it was a perfect place to gather and spend a few days.We’ll be back

We had a fantastic stay in Carolina Beach. The location and layout of the home were ideal for our family, and the elevator was especially helpful for the older parents traveling with us. Everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom made the house very comfortable for a larger group. The patios outside the beach bedrooms were great spots and the outdoor patio was awesome to watch the fireworks on Thursday night. The little touches were great: beach towels and baskets conveniently located by the sliding door, a faucet for rinsing sandy feet, and the outdoor shower all made beach days incredibly easy. The quick beach access was a huge plus for the whole family.The kitchen was very well appointed with everything we needed, and the hosts did an excellent job communicating and providing clear details for check-in and checkout. Overall, a very comfortable, thoughtfully equipped home in a great location. We’d happily stay here again!

Communication with owners was excellent. House was set up very nicely. Kitchen was well supplied with every kitchen utensil you could ever want. Everything worked well including the elevator which was nice. All rooms were super clean and the house smelled pleasant. Views are great! Walk way to beach was not too long like others I’ve been to. Bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. House decor was pretty and inside felt light and airy. Our family had a great time there!

Our family had the best stay at Sea’z Life! The host went above and beyond with communication throughout the week to ensure we had everything we needed. Our favorite parts were the ocean views, private access to beach, layout of home including washers and dryers on two levels, cleanliness, and walking distance to local establishments and the boardwalk including our favorite Malama Cafe. Everything was super convenient with multiple kids all 7 and under. We would stay here for our annual Carolina Beach spring break trip every year!

We had a great stay at Sea’z Life! The house was in a great location and was very well decorated and comfortable. The only downside is the parking which is very tight, but the host does warn you that it is limited to 3 cars.

This place and our experience was fantastic all around. Kerri was so communicative before and during our stay to make sure we understood the check-in process and to make sure that any other needs we might have had were met. She went above and beyond with her comprehensive guide that she sent, explaining not only everything about the property, but also recommending local spots.The space was amazing - the views and location of course, but also the property itself. Everything looked fresh and clean, and the quality of the furnishings was way above what you find in most rental properties. Everyone had their own bathroom en suite, the beds were incredibly comfortable and pillows abundant, there was a washer/dryer on each of the bedroom floors. The elevator was a huge help to my mother with some mobility issues up and down stairs.The place was easily walkable to the boardwalk and main drag, and a very brief walk to places like the Veggie Wagon to grab provisions. Going down to Kure Beach for dinner at Freddie’s was only a 7 minute drive.Overall, I’d without a doubt or hesitation recommend Kerri’s place to anyone traveling with friends or family. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

Beach Getaway

Great beach stay at a great beach-front property owned by very responsive and caring folks. Everything you can imagine was provided, including beach towels, condiments, ziplock bags, first aid supplies, laundry pods, coffee, etc. Stay here and take the guesswork out of your vacation plans. If we return to Carolina Beach in the future, this is the place we will stay.

Beautiful Beach House!

Fabulous house. It had everything we needed. I highly recommend Tony’s Surf School for a great beach set up. We even saw dolphins one afternoon!

Awesome location, we were at the beach all day :). The home was in immaculate shape. The elevator was clutch for our grandfather who needed assistance with travel. The hosts were very responsive and kind. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely time at Sea’z Life. The house was very well equipped, the only thing we did was rent chairs an an umbrella from down the road and they set up and broke down for us right in front of the house. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and the views were stunning. The house is walking distance to restaurants and shops so we really didn’t have to drive anywhere. Beautiful home, great location and the hosts were very responsive and gracious.

Oceanfront Oasis

This property was top notch in every way. The home was absolutely beautiful and the decor fit the setting perfectly. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. The home was stocked with everything you could possibly need. We loved being so close to the ocean and would definitely consider returning for another stay.
