This condo was beautiful and clean. The view of the beach was perfect. I loved how close of a walk it was to get out to the beach. It made it so much easier being in such close proximity. I also loved the design of the main bathroom! Modern, sleek, clean and very comfortable!

We had a great spring break at Beach, you Crazy!The condo was pristine and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was gorgeous and everything felt brand new. The beds were comfortable and clean. I already miss coffee on the balcony every morning.We loved the location on the beach and the pool and hot tub access. It was especially cool to be able to walk up the beach into Freeman park. It was very private and quiet, lots of great shells, dolphin sightings, birds, etc. We hope to be back again!

The property was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked. I loved that there were extra dishwasher pods and laundry pods. The location is good with a tiki bar and restaurant and ice cream shop near by. The view was very beautiful. The pool was extremely refreshing. My 2 criticisms were that I expected more than 1 towel per guest. I don't reuse my towel so I had to wash towels several times during my stay. Additionally the TV in the living room gave us a blank screen when we logged into our HBO account. The TV in the Master bedroom worked fine so not sure why we could not view anything in the living room. We travel to Wilmington several times per year to visit our son. This is the best property we have rented and I would definitely return to this property. Thank you so much.

The Pros: Very Clean and Updated, very Close to pier, Nice Pool area. The Beds were super comfy. The Property itself was very clean. The pool guy came daily to clean the pool. The Elevator is right outside the room So that was very handy for my Mother in law who was 87 years old. The Cons: Not near any restaurants Except the Pier which has Food and Drinks. The Drinks and food Choices were very expensive for what they were and the food was not great. We had the burgers and they were just ok nothing special. Right below the room is the room of the lady who I assume is the care taker of the property. She goes out on her balcony and smokes. So when she was out side smoking we could not enjoy the balcony. There is nothing the owner can do about that But wanted everyone to know as it can be a nuisance. Friday and Saturdays plan to stay at the condo all day and to not leave because People Line up in front of the condo waiting to get in freeman park and you can not get back into your parking spot. We was waiting in line for a long time then we finally hit a back way into the condo and parked by the pool in the visitor parking lot until the traffic cleared up, and we moved the car. FYI There is No blinds on the door so you need to dressed when you come out of your room because people who walk by can see right in. There is no blinds on the balcony door as well so People can see in your room as it gets dark and you leave the lights on. Overall we would stay again!
