Million Dollar Ocean Front View

Beautiful, 2 bedroom 2 bath, family owned top floor condo. Our condo is ocean front with a gorgeous view of the Atlantic. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise and listening to the waves. You can also enjoy watching boats go in canal from the deck off the master bedroom. When you head to the beach enjoy our private beach access. When you are ready to explore we are a short walk (1/2 mile tops) to the board walk and lots of great restaurants.

It was a wonderful short trip. The view was amazing. We enjoyed our trip to the beach and this made it worth coming back. Unobstructed view, beachfront, clean and quiet.

Great Location!

The property is in a great location. To be able to wake up to the sound of the beach from the living room balcony doors is amazing. Highly recommend the is property to stay!

Fantastic property

My family has stayed in this room for the past 3 years. It's very clean, great location, great view, and the host is very responsive and helpful. Highly suggested to stay here if you are planning a CB trip.

Birthday Trip

My family and I visited for my daughter's birthday. We all absolutely loved staying here, close to everything but far enough out of the way that it was peaceful. The views were beautiful and we all agree that this has been our favorite vacation location we've been too so far.

Great getaway spot

We loved the cable railings on the deck that allowed wonderful views of the ocean. We were able to walk to the boardwalk easily. Owners were very kind and accommodating.

Exactly as advertised. Wish there was an elevator for the 3rd floor but would definitely stay again. Owners were super attentive and responded within minutes.

Nice vacation

Hi Kristi; Thanks for the week at your place. You've been a great host. Beautiful view from the third floor, but the walk up is a factor for me. The stairwell could use some venting if practical. (It gets hot and airless at the top.) The location is close to what's going on: The boardwalk, restaurants and access to the beach are easy. If you have another beachfront property on a lower floor or with an elevator I would be interested. Steve

Great Place to Stay!

Wonderful ocean views, direct access to beach, conveniently stocked with everything my family of 4 could need, and great location to my favorite shops and restaurants. The standing rental with the umbrella and chair co. made our trips out to the beach each day SO much easier. It was a true luxury to have everything setup for us and taken down each day. Super host!

Amazing view and location

This property provides everything you need and then some. Easy to communicate with owners and very helpful. Close enough to everything to walk but far enough away from noise. Love the umbrella Anna chairs provided daily!

Property was just as listed. The view is SPECTACULAR. All of the amenities were wonderful. Having a beach umbrella and chairs already set up on the beach from a local rental company was icing on the cake! Will definitely return!

What an amazing week my sister and I had at Carolina Beach in the perfect condo! This place was beautiful from the inside to the outside. Loved watching the sunrises from their balcony overlooking the beach. This place has everything you need and some. Will definitely book here again! Thank you so much for sharing your place with us!

A+ Location and Property!

I loved this place and would stay again! Communication was great and met or exceeded expectations! I loved the daily umbrella and chairs and cannot recommend enough how exceptional this detail is. The fact that it is within walking distance of the Sea Witch, Nollie’s and Stoked puts it over the top. Yes, there are a few stairs to climb to get to an awesome view at the top, but the fact that there’s wine, ice and filtered water available, plus the fact that there is incredible food and entertainment easy to get to, should make packing easier!

Fantastic views!

We spent lots of time enjoying the fantastic views from the balcony overlooking the ocean. The supermoon was gorgeous over the water! Condo was very clean and comfortable. We also loved the close proximity to the boardwalk from the condo. We walked there several times. But we were still far enough away that we weren’t bothered by any noise from it. Enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back.

Condo was absolutely cute and so comfortable. Stairs were a nightmare for us since we are older and have knee problems. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone, unless you have knee and back problems due to the stairs. Will not be disappointed.

This is a wonderful place for a family!

We also loved being right on the beach. The views from the balcony were beautiful! All of the little extras…. Having the umbrella and chair set up on the beach, the wine, popsicles for the kids, we’re greatly appreciated. Communication with the host couldn’t have been better. They answered all of my questions, and even told us about fireworks (that we very much enjoyed watching) that we otherwise wouldn’t have known about!! Absolutely great property and wonderful hosts!!! We will definitely book with them again!

Near perfect week!

This was our second year staying at this condo. We really love being here. The location is perfect.....within walking distance to the boardwalk, but far enough away from the crowds and noise. The beach is never too crowded. Everything is provided for the beach. The third floor has great views and a new deck that is great for relaxing. There are a lot of steps so keep that in mind. Love eating outside at Havana's and Seawitch. Love all the live music downtown. Love the small beach town vibe. We are definitely making staying at Jeff and Kristi's an annual tradition!

Awesome view

This condo is perfect for small group. The deck is great if the sand is not your thing. The umbrella and chairs on the beach were an added benefit. Only downside was how tall the beds were. Our daughter and I are under 5’2” and the queen was definitely difficult for her to get up on while the king was higher than I am accustomed to. However, we managed. They are not kidding when they say overside vehicles are not good. Overall, it was a wonderful long weekend.
