Fully furnished and well stocked kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, dishes, silverware, pots/pans, toaster and coffee maker. Just outside the kitchen you have a new full size LG washer and dryer set.

We have put careful thought in making sure you have everything you need to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. This condo is also positioned just steps away from the private beach access, no long walks to and from your spot in the sand!

Condo features keyless entry and beach storage stocked with chairs and umbrellas.

The living room features a new 55" Samsung Smart TV along with ocean views through the large sliding glass doors. There is plenty of seating as the living room features a matching love seat/sleeper sofa set.

The king master bedroom features a new king bedroom set and has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The king bedroom also has large sliders with an ocean view. If you are looking for a relaxing night, the bedroom also includes a 32" Roku TV.

The guest bedroom features a twin bunk bed set and a queen bed. This room also has a 32" Roku TV. The guest room is connected to the other bathroom which has a shower/tub combo.

This newly constructed condo is located in the heart of Carolina Beach and is in walking distance to the Carolina Beach boardwalk. Carolina Beach Lake Park is just steps away from the complex and features many summer activities such as Paddle Boats, the Saturday Farmer's Market and Sunday Family Movie night.

-Unit caters to families so NO PARTIES ALLOWED (including wedding, bachelor/bachelorette, spring breakers, graduation etc.)
-Guest will be provided with TWO PARKING PASSES prior to arrival. Rules and guidelines around parking are on passes and will be provided prior to check in.

-If you feel like something could prevent you from being able to come on your vacation please consider purchasing travel insurance. We do not offer refunds outside of our refund policy. This includes HURRICANES, bad weather, illnesses etc.
