Enjoy our little piece of paradise! Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront condo! Clean & spacious.

Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertop, stainless appliances, full size washer/dryer and all of the comforts of home. NEW dishwasher!

Kitchen has a blender, 4 slice toaster, coffee maker (regular drip & Keurig) and all cookware/housewares. Wine glasses, champagne glasses & margarita glasses for your favorite libation! 4 stainless steel bar stools where your family can gather in the kitchen!

NEW 55” TV with Upgraded smart TV, some local channels and bring your streaming passwords. DVD player in the Living Room and a few old school movies! Primary Bedroom has NEW 42”Roku TV. Lots of movie options with Roku, WiFi included. Roku TV in 2nd bedroom.

2 spacious bedrooms to accommodate your family! Primary bedroom offers a King Bed and also has a private balcony and full bath. Second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a pillow top mattress (and there is a full-size mattress in the closet just in case you need some extra sleeping space). Another full bathroom, with full-size washer/dryer, just off the main hallway.

Iron & Ironing Board, hair dryer and convenient drying rack provided. We provide luxurious towels, linens and all bedding (extras in the closet). Luggage racks in both bedrooms.

Bring your own beach chairs and towels (we used to supply them but they keep getting damaged). Paradise Island Rentals rents beach chairs and umbrellas by the day or week, tell them the address and they will set them up for you on the beach with your name on the umbrella, great service. We also have a small Weber charcoal grill that you can use in the designated grill area near the parking deck. The grill and a small beach cooler are in the closet on the patio, off the primary bedroom.

Inside the condo you will find playing cards, games, books & movies for your family to enjoy!

Sweeping ocean views on the balcony, with high-top dining table & 4 chairs, plus another seating area for 2!
Ease of access on the first floor, beautiful oceanfront view and private access to the beach via a brand-new walkway, all just steps from the front door. Two reserved parking spaces. Only six blocks from the CB Boardwalk featuring shops, restaurants, weekly fireworks and entertainment.

Great condo

My friend and I went down for a grls' trip and had a great time. The condo was lovely, and the master bed was so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and I really liked the keyless entry as it was so convenient! The end of the beach where the condo is located is quiet and less crowded, but it took us less than 15 minutes to walk to the boardwalk. I would definitely stay again!

Wonderful hosts

This is a beautiful oceanfront property. I stayed as a long term guest for work and felt right at home. Owners are incredibly attentive and accommodating.

Perfect place

Thoroughly enjoyed this property. Parking not great, but typical for area. Owner was awesome to work with during the week!! Will definitely recommend to others and we also plan to return!!

This was a great spot for my mother & I to have a Girls' Weekend! This condo is so comfortable and well decorated. Nice view of the beach and conveniently located. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!

Great proximity to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay. It was a nicely decorated and equipped home, with an easy walk over the boardwalk to the beach. It is a bit of a hike to get to any restaurants/shops; the parking is very tight (but we knew that going in); and we did hear the people above us walking around, but none of those things were too bothersome.

The whole process from booking to check out was simple and easy. Lots of communication with owner/manager. If I had a question I messaged her and got a response within just a few minutes. The condo was very clean and nice and very quiet.

My family of three had a wonderful vacation. The weather was perfect. We were able to be on the beach everyday. Our only excursion was a sunset cruise that pulled out of the harbor that we walked to. I’d highly recommend it. We are also donuts for breakfast at the beach people. The donuts at Wake N Bake near the Food Lion were so good we went there twice. We also got Britt’s which were good more like a funnel cake experience. The condo was very nice. Linens were good. Decor was tasteful. Loved the balcony and the chairs and table out there were nice. I loved being very close to the beach. I went out for at least two sunrises which were breathtaking. Once we got home, we realized that my daughter left her precious stuffed animal that she’s had since she was 2 and is now 19. I messaged Kathy and she messaged her housekeeper. We confirmed with pictures that a dear animal was there and the next day Kathy mailed him to us and he arrived safely. We were so grateful. I would recommend this place again. Thanks, Kathy!

Perfection

This rental was amazing! Location was just as described...just a short walk to the beach. The condo it's self had been recently redone and is perfect. We had 4 adults (2 couples). We walked to supper every night. We look forward to staying here again.

Great Condo

We were very pleased with the cleanliness, tasteful decor, complimentary supplies, comfortable beds, ocean view (great for first floor unit) and owner communication. The parking was a small challenge but got easier. I would recommend this unit!

Cute, updated, very comfortable setting. Everything you need for your stay is there. And did I say how amazing the view, only steps from an uncrowded area of the beach, but not too far from all the attractions of Carolina Beach. Host was courteous and very accommodating. Great experience!

Easy to Love

We just wrapped up our week at this lovely rental. We enjoyed our stay both at the property and Carolina Beach. Very easy access to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. This rental is on the first floor, easy access to unload all of our gear. Kathy has thought of everything! Clear and timely communication- great job!!

A very well maintained property at Carolina Beach

Great place, well located with respect to activities, and everything you need is here. The owners were very quick to resolve a minor glitch with the TV. My only hesitation in booking again would be having to deal with the dreadful VRBO, with their hidden fees and harsh cancellation policy. Otherwise a delightful place!

Excellent location for beach vacation

Well maintained and sparkling clean property! Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Good quality linens provided as well as basic toiletries. Very happy to have washer and dryer on site. The spare mattress didn’t fit in either bedroom so we had 1 kid in the living room. Otherwise very functional space. Well equipped kitchen. Only complaint was TV in master bedroom really didn’t work.

Has it all

The pictures and description are accurate. The house was extremely clean. Kathy was very easy to work with and responded quickly to emails. On the beach shared walkway to the ocean. Awesome deck furniture. Parking is tight but it's that way at almost all ocean front places. Every thing you need is there, plenty of dishes and utensils. We brought our own chairs and beach toys.

Home Away From Home

I could not say enough good things about this property. Feels like home and has all of the amenities you would need. The location to the beach is perfection and the easy beach access really makes the location and property top tier. Our favorite part was sitting on the patio with the view and listening to the waves crash! The new patio high top table and Adirondack chairs are perfect to see the view and are extremely comfy! Communication with the owner was extremely easy and she was fantastic with communication and responding. There was a 3-ring binder with info on the property, things to do around Carolina Beach and what to do before leaving. As per other reviews the parking is tight BUT the owner was thorough about explaining and even sent a picture for clarification. If you are comfortable with your vehicle and maneuvering it, parking honestly should not be an issue! Do not hesitate to choose this property! All around, a wonderful vacation, property and location! Thank you Kathy for sharing and opening your property!

Condo is fine but parking a nightmare

We enjoyed the condo itself but damaged 2 autos trying to park. The parking space is quite narrow and the driver must maneuver around a utility pole, both going into and out of the parking space. One auto was damaged on the rear fender going out, the other was scraped trying to get around the building to park. The latter was finally parked successfully after much backing and filling, but the process was stressful. Once parked next to the building, there is about 3 inches of space between the auto and the curb for the building next door. The owner reports that she parks an Expedition successfully in the space provided, but she has a lot more practice with the narrow parking area and more investment in making it work. We will not return to this property but the beach is great.

Love being on the 1st floor, not climbing tons of stairs, private boardwalk out to the beach as well a great view from the kitchen. Enjoy the balcony's awesome ocean view, very peaceful. About 90 steps from the door to the ocean!
