Wonderful property! Convenient location and great views of the ocean. Parking was a minor issue, having to move vehicles around, but the stay was worth the trouble. Would most definitely book again.

1st trip to Carolina Beach. This is a great condo in a great location, would definitely stay there again. Only negative is parking is not dedicated spaces and not all spaces are equal width, some you cannot fit but a compact car. All in all great place.

Great location! Great views! The check out and clean up expectations were a little bit more than I've experienced with other hosts. The pool leaves more to be desired. Due to the location it is a bit loud at times.

Thank you for your feedback. We do want to note that the pool and surrounding areas are accurately shown and described in the listing photos. You did book a condo and condo settings naturally tend to have more activity and noise during the day than a private home. We also believe communication is always the best solution. Had we known the checkout instructions felt like too much, we would have gladly worked with you to simplify them. Our check out instructions are standard for peak season at the beach but would've done whatever we could to accommodate you. We appreciate your stay and your feedback.

Our stay was 4/18 to 4/22/26. We had a wonderful time. The condo was excellent!!! Clean, fully stocked, ocean front, Boardwalk and some entertainment within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay. Hope to visit Carolina Beach again!! Host Matt and Clarissa were wonderful to work with and very responsive!!! We would definitely stay at this Condo again!!!

Best family vacation to date

My family and I loved this amazing condo on the beach. The owners were so pleasant and made us feel so welcomed. The location was perfect to plenty of places to eat and you couldn’t be closer to the beach! We definitely will stay again!

Location for relaxation

The location was great you could walk to a lot of local restaurants and shops and boardwalk. It was quite and had a decent view but the dunes do block some of the ocean view but overall a nice place and would stay again.

My family really enjoyed the condo right on the beach! The location is perfect as it is steps from the beach and a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and fun that the Carolina Beach Boardwalk has to offer. The condo had everything we needed from beach chairs to kitchen items. The amenities combined with excellent communication from the owners made this a “no worries” stay for us.

Wonderful Stay!

Our travel party included 4 adults and 1 child. We had plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable. The condo was very clean and I loved all of the amenities provided. Communication with the property owner was great. We enjoyed our stay and being able to walk to several different locations including the boardwalk!

Fantastic family getaway weekend!

We had such an amazing and easy time during our stay! The condo was immaculate and really was a “no worries” place. I loved the family friendly setup and my kids were so excited about the small extras like the bag of blocks we found in a drawer. Very comfortable and clean, we hope to come back in the future!
