Our non-smoking second floor unit has the best southern view at Coral Surf. It will make you want to stop everything you are doing to sit and take in the spectacular panoramic view of the Atlantic ocean from our open uncovered private balcony. Our completely renovated unit includes brand new kitchen and 2 full baths. The kitchen has everything you will need, two kinds of coffee makers, blender, toaster and all your dining essentials. The 2 bedrooms and open living room with pullout sofa bed come with smart televisions and is spacious enough to accommodate 6 guests. Our unit also has its own private laundry with full size washer and dryer with iron and ironing board. Our unit has now been celebrated with over 170 5 star reviews! You will be walking distance to Carolina Beach's beautiful boardwalk, shops, restaurants, local artist murals throughout the area and the beautiful Lake Park where there is a walking path and playground. The boardwalk also offers weekly summer entertainment, fireworks and amusement park rides. Coral Surf has it's own private beach access and swimming pool literally outside the front door. The pool season runs from some time in May to sometime in October. For your convenience all linens are included with extra sheets and beach towels. Our unit also provides all the essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, garbage bags, laundry soap, dryer sheets, dishwasher tablets, and hair dryers. There are beach chairs, and beach toys provided in your own private ground floor storage closet with room for your own beach, golf and fishing items. Designated parking for 1-2 CARS ( please check last photo for parking spots ). No pets, no elevator, not handicap accessible and absolutely No Smoking, Vaping or grilling anywhere on the premises, fines will be implemented per incident. If someone needs to smoke or Vape they will have to go to the beach or the street. Golf carts, scooters, bikes and any other chargeable electric devices are not allowed to be charged at Coral Surf unit E2. You may have an electric golf cart, however, must be charged off premises. At the end of the photo gallery please read HOA rules and check parking arrangement before booking your stay.

Mr. Tim and his wife are lovely hosts! He was there to meet us at check in with a friendly smile and welcoming heart. There was clear communication throughout the entire process. The facilities were above expectations, beach chairs and boogie boards are even there for use! Beach view and access was wonderful. They truly make you feel like your family coming in to visit for a stay!

We had a wonderful trip to Carolina beach! I went with my mom and my two toddlers. The condo was set up perfect for us with being right on the beach and close to the boardwalk. Our toddlers enjoyed watching the sunrise and being in the beach first thing. Looking forward to returning and exploring more!

Everything was fantastic about our stay. The host was exceptional, going above and beyond to be sure everything was prepared and we were in upon arrival. (A fun tidbit he informed us of that we all enjoyed looking for is a view of a shipwreck- information on this is included in the living room as well) They have the condo fully thought out and stocked. Beds were comfy, games for our downtime, and the view is remarkable! My husband and I stayed with our two daughters (11 & 14) and we were all so pleased and plan to book again in the future!

Hogan’s Place was absolutely wonderful. Tim and Deb were very welcoming. The place was very clean and we had everything we needed with plenty of towels, sheets, kitchen supplies, and beach chairs. The Hogan's have been a part of the Coral Surf family for over nearly forty years. First used as a vacation spot for weekly vacations for several years in the 1980's, and now after falling in love with the area, the Hogan's are full time residents of Wilmington.

Why they chose this property

One of the many benefits of staying in Coral Surf is the fact that being located on the southern part of the island allows for a less congested more relaxing stay compared to the seemingly narrow confines of the northern end. Also, Coral Surf has only 13 units, compared to some of the other bigger Condominiums on Carolina Beach, the whole atmosphere is welcoming and quieter and feels like you are vacationing in your own private resort.

What makes this property unique

The second floor unit is normally the most popular, you have a great view of the beach and only have two flights of stairs. Most second floor units usually have a unit above them on the third floor, our unit at Coral Surf, however, is very unique in that there is no unit above. This allows for the best of all worlds, a great view, only two flights of stairs, and maybe the best of all, peace and quiet because there is no unit above to cause annoying noise.
