Access the private deck through two sets of sliding doors: one from the living room and one from the primary bedroom (go to and fro without disturbing the group). The top floor view gives you a front row seat to both beautiful sunrises and lovely night skies, with enough space and seating for your entire party.

Bring the whole crew: this condo sleeps six. Enjoy a high quality queen size bed in the primary bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa with upgraded mattress in the living room, and two comfortable twins in the spacious second bedroom. The two full bathrooms allow big groups to get ready faster. An efficient kitchen and large dining area make it easy to enjoy your vacation meals, whether you prepare them yourself or have them delivered from one of the great nearby restaurants. Brand new flooring throughout in Fall 2025. Kick back for some TV time or a bit of reading to recharge your batteries on the living room’s comfy couches.

The sliding door in the second bedroom leads to a balcony overlooking the pool and canal (the historic and beautiful Intracoastal Waterway). Watch the boats float by and enjoy the sunset. The building’s private, sparkling clean saline pool has an abundance of comfortable lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas, and a convenient outdoor shower for rinsing.

The white sand of Carolina Beach is a short walk away, just across the quiet street. Beach visits are mess-free: everything you need can be stored in the closet, and the outdoor shower keeps the sand downstairs. Each unit has a locked closet in the parking structure, so take advantage of the beach chairs and toys available for your use; no stairs required! The condo layout was perfect for our group—just the right amount of space. The location was phenomenal, perfectly situated between the pier and the boardwalk. The views were spectacular, with ocean views from the living room and master bedroom balcony, and a canal view from the kitchen and back bedroom balcony. The furniture is a bit worn and shows signs of use, but the condo was clean, and the host was accessible, kind, and welcoming, even leaving a thoughtful gift basket upon our arrival. One helpful tip for future guests would be to bring extra blankets or a mattress topper, as the beds are firm and some in our group had difficulty sleeping. Overall, we had a great stay and would absolutely return in the future.

While not directly on the water (just across street), I challenge anyone to find a better view of the water from your balcony while watching the sun rise. Don't forget about the sunset in the evening from the smaller balcony on the other side of the unit.

Why they chose this property

We have family in Wilmington and decided it was easier to buy a place in Carolina Beach than to keep renting! We love the quiet pace there.

What makes this property unique

Love the sun and moon rises over the ocean and the sunsets over the canal. Love watching and listening to the waves and being close enough to run, walk or sit on the beach when ever we want. Especially love the warm Atlantic as opposed to freezing Pacific ocean!
