Waterfront property with 3ft to 4ft deep water right off the house and with a brand new 300-foot pier. Great for fishing and swimming in Copano Bay.

Both homes are ready to be occupied. The 1 bedroom cottage sleeps 7 and the main house has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 9.
Chill on the wrapped porch on the backside, sit on the waters edge, and enjoy the sunset. Dolphins swim in the bay and will occasionally come close.
Quiet area with little traffic.
