Our home at 925 Arawak Avenue is just an easy three block walk to the least-crowded access path to Marco's beautiful Crescent Beach. We provide beach cart, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and towels for your convenience. No need to pack up your car and hunt for parking to visit the beach.
You may never want to leave the sanctuary of this professionally designed residence. It features a gleaming, white kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Open concept floor plan with dining area, kitchen island, media area and living room. The Primary Bedroom has a King bed with plush mattress, attached bath and direct access to the lanai. Primary bath has double vanity, separate shower and luxurious soaking tub. The guest bedrooms, queen and twin, provide privacy on the opposite side of the house and share a bath with stone mosaic floor. Open the triple glass sliders from the living room and walk into your paradise; the screened lanai with heated pool, lounge chairs and covered dining area. Separate outdoor patio with grilling and seating. Free high speed wireless internet and three new flat screened TVs. There is nothing better than the warm southwest sun while lounging poolside. Marco Island Retreat

A great home in a great location! A short walk to the beach was perfect for our family and the pool was a relaxing alternative for those that wanted to stay behind. The owner was responsive and helpful. We felt right at home and will definitely be back.

Quiet tranquility!

The property was simply amazing, from the landscaping,to the design inside the house, my wife loved every little thing she gazed her eyes on , the decore was out of bounds ! Felt like so much spirit in the house , wow me and my wife almost didn’t leave,, we were going to lock ourselves in,,. The house is just amazing. It is very clean, very updated, and very well stocked. The location is also great having a 10 minute walk to the beach. Alan was also an amazing host. We had a great time and look forward to coming back.

Great vacation getaway

Great time spent with family for Christmas break. House was immaculate and exactly as advertised. Had everything you could possibly need. Proximity to beautiful beach was amazing and pool was perfect. Alan was amazing and communication made everything easy. Hope to go back again sometime.

Great Spring Break Getaway

We loved our spring break on Marco Island. Home is in great condition, located in a quiet neighborhood and is a very short walk to the beach. Home is equipped with everything that you might need… 20+ beach towels, great outdoor seating area, fully stocked kitchen, keyless entry, beach wagon, beach chairs, beach accessories, etc. Our girls in particular loved the outdoor heated pool. We highly recommend the home & hope to visit again soon.

A perfect vacation home

We just finished our week on the island and this home was just perfect for our family - very close to the beach, heated pool with lots of floaties, beautiful and modern decor, very clean, an abundance of towels, and lots of kitchen tools. We were really comfortable and had everything we needed; it truly felt like a home away from home! We’re all in agreement that we’ll be back. Prime location, lots of amenities

The property was really nice and very clean. Looked better in person than the pictures. The location on Marco Island is perfect, with beach access only a 5 minute walk away. They have everything you need for a great beach day. Also great proximity to local restaurants. My spouse and I were able to walk to restaurants. Try Oyster Society, DaVincis and La Tavola. Enjoyed pinchers with the kids. Host was great to communicate with. A great place!

This was such a lovely, accommodating home to have the pleasure of renting for the week! We really appreciated all the little extras like having extra towels, a workable kitchen since we cook most of the time (the big frying pan should be replaced-teflon coating coming off in spots), really nice toiletries in the bathrooms...just a very wonderful place! Felt like home except its warm and sunny here haha! The owner is the best we have worked with since using VRBO years ago. Would love to come back here someday!

Excellent Home, Great Hosts

Overall, we absolutely loved our 2 week vacation here in Marco Island. The house and the host Alan are fabulous. We loved the location and the home was very clean and comfortable. The pool was amazing and the kids loved it. We had a very minor issue that the host responded immediately too and it was taken care or very quickly. Alan also checked in on us and was willing to give any help or answer questions about some weather that was coming through. I can say without reservation that this was a wonderful vacation home. Overall fantastic vacation, thank you Alan

Beautiful home!

My family and I just returned from a week stay and had a wonderful time. The home is just as shown in the photos. The outdoor space is amazing and so comfortable. You have the lounge chairs if you want some sun, plus a dining and conversation area in the shade. The kids loved the screened in, heated pool. It was great after the beach. The beach is an easy short walk and the home has everything you need, beach cart (fyi, this needs replacing), umbrella, toys, etc. as well as towels. Most importantly for us was that the home was extremely clean and well maintained. We will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Marco. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Beautiful home close to the ocean

This was a beautiful, clean home within walking distance to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. The owners provided everything you need for a day at the beach, including two beach carts, umbrellas, chairs, and sand toys.

Superb location-Excellent value

Our family of 6 spent a fabulous stay at this home this summer. The house is just a short walk from the beach and it was fully equipped with carts, umbrellas, beach towels etc. to make it easy and convenient. The home is beautifully decorated and very functional with excellent utilization of the space. The pool is just the right size and the patio furniture makes it very enjoyable to be outdoors. We didn't use the BBQ grills but they are available should we have decided to do so. The rooms were spacious and so were the bathrooms. The kitchen was open and equipped with top rated appliances and basic necessities. When adding all these features, this home is the perfect place to spend a few relaxing days in beautiful Marco Island.

Beautiful house!

Alan called us right after we got settled in to let us know to call him anytime if we had questions. That was nice.The pool was the favorite for the kids. Plenty of pool toys and floaties. Beach was a short walk. They have plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, coolers, wagon, and sun huts. We left a few beach items for the next guest.We used the air mattress “EZ bed” and that was great to sleep on too.Nice to have some condiments/spices already there. We left paper plates and cups for the next guest.Would definitely stay there again!!! House was beautiful and clean! Thank you Alan and family!!
