This gorgeous, newly finished ranchette sits on 6acres surrounded by stunning views of Ben Lomand Mountain and Snowbasin ski resort to the west and the Monte Cristo Mountains to the east.
The ranchette is proximate to the West’s greatest recreation, including three world class ski resorts, two reservoirs for boating and paddle boarding/kayaking, walking, hiking, biking, fly fishing and darling mountain villages with quaint farmers markets and local food.
The farmhouse itself is newly renovated and finished with the finest furnishings. It boasts two kitchens, a butler’s pantry, two washers and dyers, a 3-car garage, five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, two fireplaces, a hot tub, and plenty of space to lounge and take in the mountain views. Perfect for gathering.

Water runs on the property from March to October. and the South Fork River (perfect for fly fishing) is a few hundred yards away.
The ranchette will leave you in love with small town Utah!

Wonderful countryside home

The Farmhouse was a perfect place for our group to stay and enjoy a weekend celebration for a local friend. Photos represent the house accurately and the owner Adam was very helpful and responsive

Gorgeous property near many outdoor adventures! We had our adult kids and friends join us for a family weekend here and it was perfect. We loved cooking together in the two kitchens and there was plenty of space to sleep and feed everyone comfortably. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and it was nice to have a new hot tub, even though we ran out of time to use it. The hosts were very responsive along the way. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing Place to Stay

Our stay at the Belle Ranchette was AMAZING! Property was as described, and owners were responsive and very easy to work with. Beautiful, quiet, peaceful location in the Ogden Valley. Stunning views and easy access to local ski resorts and the reservoir. The house is beautifully remodeled and decorated with attention to details and plenty of room to sit and relax. It has everything you need and the kitchen is well- equipped. We slept 16 very comfortably and the beds were awesome. The kids loved playing inside and outside and thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. We felt welcome and could not have been happier with our stay. We hope to be back soon!

Amazingly beautiful home and perfect stay for our family group of 18. Truly a gem in the wild!

The home is immaculate and provided a perfect space for a family reunion with different family groups from out of town. The kitchens and dishes, cookware, etc were so great for our group meals and the kids loved the brand new hot tub. Sheets and other amenities were so well cared for and we really appreciated being able to use the paddle boards and other equipment provided on site. Would highly recommend this property given its ideal location between Pineview, Snowbasin Resort, and Causey Reservoir but also the amazing coordination and clarity of information shared by the hosts who checked in with us before, during and after to ensure our stay was perfect. Which it was. We’ll definitely be back and anyone that stays here will have the same experience!

Beautiful escape from day-to-day responsibilities. We have three kids and we only used half the house because there was so much space. The property is tucked away with the most spectacular views. The sunset outside the windows can’t be beat! Kitchen is stocked with all the cooking supplies you need. Lots of bathrooms and comfortable beds in a beautifully decorated and comfortable home.We stayed here in the summer. The location is right in the middle of Causey Reservoir and Pineview, which was perfect! They even had some paddle boards that we were able to bring with us to the lake! Plenty of hiking, mountain bike trails and lots of nearby livestock for the kids to see (so many horses and cows!). There is also a small stream on the property that my kids loved throwing rocks into!We ate at the local restaurants and shopped at the market in Eden. We also went to the dinosaur park and rainbow gardens, which are both close by. Highly recommend this home away from home!
