NOTICE: The city has informed us the septic tank installed is too small for a 3 bedroom house so at this time per city regulations we have to treat the home as a 2 bedroom that sleeps 7 people. Please contact me for more information on the situation. The septic tank will be installed when the ground thaw, well before summer is here.
