The Space:
Feel yourself relax as you arrive at this charming mountain home! Surrounded by a forested area with a stream running past, step outside and take in the sounds and views of nature right from your front door. The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has space to accommodate 8 comfortably with an open layout great for groups to spread out while still having separation of space for a restful night of sleep. While the home is tucked away in a peaceful setting endless mountain adventures are just a short drive away with skiing, hiking trails, snow-shoeing, and mountain biking all nearby, this home places you near it all.

When you arrive at the home you will find a long driveway out front providing plenty of space for parking. The home is a single-level with a split layout featuring two living rooms and bedrooms on each end of the house, providing plenty of space for your group to spread out. As you step inside, you will first come to the laundry/mud room, with a full-size washer and dryer and space to store your outdoor gear. Directly off of this space is a cozy living room, a dynamic area set up for relaxing, or as a work area. The living room features an L-shaped desk and chair, a large L-shaped couch, a cozy corner chair, a mounted 42” TV, and a bookshelf with books and games. A large stone hearth fireplace is a highlight of the room, your group will love cozy winter days warming up by the fire while you watch the falling snow out the two large windows.

A few steps up from the living room leads to the spacious kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample counter and cabinet space, and a kitchen bar with seating for two. Step outside from the kitchen to find a BBQ for convenient summer grilling. On the other side of the kitchen is the dining area, where a wooden dining table with seating for 6 sits beneath a large window, allowing you to enjoy nature views while dining, working on puzzles, or playing games.

A hallway off of the kitchen will take you to the two guest bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed, matching nightstands with lamps, and a large closet. The room also includes a bookshelf where you will find books as well as a TV. The second guest bedroom provides extra sleeping accommodations with a twin-over-twin bunk bed as well as a full-size bed. This room is great for families looking to stay together, or for sharing with friends. A full bathroom for shared use is across the hallway from the two bedrooms. The bathroom includes a single-sink vanity and a bathtub/shower combo, a toilet, and additional storage space in a separate room.

Returning to the home's entryway, head to the other side of the home to discover a beautifully decorated second living room. This bright space features a comfortable couch with a chaise, a 50” TV, and sliding glass doors leading to the hot tub and backyard. This living room can also be accessed from the garage and includes shelves and bins for storing outdoor gear.

Down from the living room, you will find the master bedroom. This bright and cozy bedroom is outfitted with a king-size bed with matching nightstands and lamps, a plush chair, a TV, and ample storage space with two dressers and a large closet. Adding to the comfort of the room is an attached full bathroom, which can also be accessed from the hallway. The bathroom boasts a roomy double sink vanity and a large walk-in shower with two shower heads.

Step out to the backyard of the home and be greeted by a tranquil space with a BBQ, an outdoor picnic table, and several patio chairs. A 6-person hot tub awaits you, making for the perfect spot to ease sore muscles after a day on the slopes. The outdoor space is surrounded by alpine trees with a lovely stream trickling past, you will love relaxing out here while you enjoy the fresh mountain air.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, which include a patio with a 6-person hot tub and an unfenced backyard with a stream running past. Guests will also have ample parking space with 1 to 2 spots in the garage, and room for up to 3 cars in the driveway.

The Neighborhood:
This mountain home is tucked away in a beautiful forested setting just 8 minutes away from Main Street and 12-minutes to BreckConnect Gondola. The home’s location is perfect for those looking to explore this outdoor wonderland, putting you within a short distance of many hiking, snow-shoeing, and mountain biking trails. From this home, you are close by to Continental Falls, the Blue River, Goose Pasture Tarn, and various hiking trails, including Quandary Trails, Blue Lakes Trailhead, and McCullough Gulch Trailhead. If you want to make your way into the charming downtown Breckenridge area, it is a short 7-minute drive from your door. There you can make your way to BreckConnect Gondola or explore the charming Main Street area with its many shops, breweries, and restaurants.

Getting Around:
This home is located just off of Highway 9 - the main highway in the area, providing easy access to Breckenridge and the surrounding mountain towns. From Highway 9 you are easily connected to the town of Blue River and leads to Breckenridge and Keystone to the north and the quaint towns of Alma and Fairplay to the south. Breckenridge is a mere 8-minute drive away! There, you can make use of the Breck Free Ride buses which run FREE routes throughout the town, making it easy to get just about anywhere.

For those wanting to utilize the great public transportation in Breck you will find a bus stop less than a 10-minute walk away. The Summit Stage bus stop Blue River Rd is a FREE transportation option that goes all the way from Blue River to the towns of Keystone and Dillon.

Uber/Lyft are also available.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
