About this property

Home is located on scenic Hwy 550 about 1 mile So. of Purgatory Mtn Ski Resort, Dining, & family activities + Dalton Ranch golf club 20 min drive. You’ll love it because of the beautiful location, comfortable & modern high-end amenities w/ easy access to Purgatory, Durango & Silverton. Our unit is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, & families. 1BR - king bed plus queen sofa/sleeper. No cable TV subscription, but free Wi-Fi / internet & streaming video through Roku + DVDs. We love our sliding patio door for easy access to a paved patio with table, chairs and grill while looking at the beautiful views!
**note we have two audio video recording devices. One on outside on patio and ring camera at outside entry door.

Awesome place!

This condo was a great place to stay, and a convenient distance from Purgatory Ski Resort. The condo included everything we needed for our 5 night stay - cooking utensils, appliances, extra blankets, gear storage, etc. Mike was also very communicative and gave great suggestions for food and bars. We will definitely book again!
