About this property

Premier Building at Purgatory - Ski in/Ski Out - Slopeside Views

Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath 1,550 sq ft condo (Unit 407) in Purgatory Lodge offers the ultimate convenience in winter or summer, as it is located in the heart of Purgatory Village only 50 yards from the primary high-speed lift to the top of the mountain, the Purgatory Express. This is the finest ski-in/ski-out location at the resort and includes a ski locker close to the slopes.

Purgatory Lodge contains Durango Mountain Resort's premium amenities including outdoor heated pool with slide, hot tub, workout facility, and family game room adjacent to a private restaurant and bar. There is one assigned parking space in the heated garage on the ground floor of the building.

The single level condo is located on the 4th floor (elevator access) and offers amazing mountain and ski slope views. The condo was professionally decorated and each bedroom contains a flat screen TV as well as high end furnishings and linens. The deck off the Main Living Space has awesome views and an electric grill (gas grills are not allowed in Purgatory Lodge).

The Lodge's upper floor, which includes the private bar and game room, is closed during the off-season when the ski resort isn't open (fall and April and May)

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Great summer vacay!

There are fun activities on property and the weather is amazing-about 10 degrees cooler than Durango. Durango activities are an easy 10-30 minutes away from property. Kids enjoyed the alpine slide, mountain rollercoaster, and lake activities.

Fabulous condo with plenty of room! Gorgeous views and so very comfortable and cozy. All the extras that made it the best condo we have ever rented for skiing. Very convenient and literally right at the bottom of the main lift!

Staying in the main lodge was great - take elevator down to private locker and exit to lifts. In the evening children came out to ride sleds. Heated pool and hot tub. Slope views from all windows - great family lodging and vacation.

We have rented hundreds of places over the years. This one is by far the best. The place was immaculate, roomy, and well appointed. The kitchen lacked nothing. The staff we worked with were on point and responsive. The location and view, priceless. i hope to rent this same place next year!!!! The only problem is we keep on having grandkids, so we may outgrow the place.
