Thanks for your feedback. If you are fortunate enough to have a major snow storm during your stay, you can't ski to the lifts until they have groomed the cat walk to the main lift area. Count your blessings for those powder days is what we say!

We have made sure to update the listing to reflect the proper access and avoid any confusion for future guests. We also regret that one of your group members had to sleep on a blow-up mattress—this certainly isn’t ideal, and we have looked into the condition of the beds and accommodations so that this same instance does not happen to future guests. I apologize for the various inconveniences you encountered during your stay. It's unacceptable that the propane grill was in poor condition and could have posed a risk. I'm sorry if the property details were unclear in that we provide a starter supply of detergent and that the property does not have AC. However, insufficient coffee mugs should have been addressed before your arrival. We take your concerns seriously and have ensured this minor but important detail was rectified promptly. Thank you for leaving a review. Your feedback is important to us. Ski-in/out is a category we choose to show guests the property is very close to the slopes. It does not mean you can literally ski from your doorstep out - most properties you often have to walk through a building, take an elevator, walk a little bit, etc. and the condition of the ski run varies as the weather and amount of snow varies. We will certainly pass along the hot water tank recommendation to our homeowner for their consideration. Like most hot water tanks, some time between showers is required to let the tank refill.
