HOW FAR TO BEACH: Bike to beach in 15 minutes, or drive 3 minutes and catch the exclusive Beach trolley, which operates seasonally—please read on:

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at Greenwood Drive and Willow Oak. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PETS: We welcome your dog for an additional fee of $350. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone. Please inquire if you have questions.

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 61 days prior to arrival. At 60 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

Great Time Had By All !

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying in Sea Pines and renting from BestNest. Will be doing it again. The house was awesome, spacious, clean and all the amenities you didn’t know you even needed! Kitchen was great with the best set up I’ve ever seen in a rental (4th time on the island) was pleasantly surprised. We did a family night where we made gnocchi and this was the perfect kitchen island to do it on. Beds were quite comfortable, the screened in porch was perfect for my rocking lawn chair and my 10 month old granddaughter could safely play. The staff was so nice, even left a basket of goodies for us with a note wishing me a happy birthday which I just briefly mentioned to them. How great is that! It was a wonderful experience we were in need of nothing you could really just bring your clothes and your stay would be perfect. They have everything including beach equipment! It was a quiet neighborhood which was so nice to come back to after a day at the beach. They also left treats for our dog...talk about paying attention to details!! I highly recommend renting from BestNest Beverly Serral

Rental Not up to Par

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beverly Serral and her group are excellent at what they do and quickly respond to any and every problem. For us included a "whacked out" thermostat and a wifi router that couldn't support Spectrum. Both issues were resolved ASAP. The house itself is laid out well, and we liked Carolina Place; however, the cleanliness and odor of the furniture and rugs was below par for the price of the rental.

This was the nicest rental our family stayed at ever. Everything worked out great. Every morning at least 1 alligator was sunning intself along the bank of the canal in the back. Having the deck and screened in porch elevated was really helpful.

Family Vacation

This home was beautiful, and was exactly as pictured on the Vrbo site! The home is extremely clean and well stocked with everything that we needed for our vacation. We felt extremely comfortable and at-home. The clubhouse/swimming pool area was perfect for us when we were not at the beach! The property management staff was excellent and answer any questions that we had immediately. I would definitely recommend this property for your visit to Hilton Head!
