A Deck off of the Kitchen offers Seating & a Grill for your use. This home is in the perfect location & offers a great value! Guests of 47 South Beach Lane can access the Sea Pines Beach Club via the seasonal FREE Sea Pines Trolley. South Beach Pool is available for guests to purchase their own daily or weekly passes. Pool is only open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Free Wi-Fi. Pet Friendly.

Great location, it is an older home that could use a few repairs but price reflects that. We had a great stay and loved being walking distance to the beach and Salty Dog.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay in this house. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is very convenient to the beach, golf courses and restaurants. The house is very equipped with everything you would need.

Great location

The property was in a great location. Walking distance to the beach, Salty Dog, pool, and Tennis/Pickle ball courts. As noted in prior reviews the house is needing a little TLC but was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation.

The property is a very nice home in a very nice neighborhood. The beach access is a concrete sidewalk beside the house about a block walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful and the home inside is well taken care of. The kitchen and bathrooms are very dated and owner should consider upgrading them, but the home itself is well taken care of. We enjoyed our week there. I would recommend if you go in August to be sure and take bug spray as the walk to the beach is tropical and mosquitos are everywhere.

Great house and location!

This was a great location in Sea Pines. We were close to the beach, and to South Beach Marina. The house was clean, and actually better than I expected. I would return!

Great stay!!

We had a wonderful family vacation! The only issue was, there was no blender, and we really wanted to make our own drinks! My bottom, part of the blender was there, but there was no top part anywhere!

Perfect for a low key trip

This property suited our needs perfectly. We had our teenagers, their friends and our dogs. It was perfect for this. Our dogs loved being able to play on the beach and the property was nice and clean. My only issue would be the possibility of spraying for mosquitos around the outdoor shower. Oh and if they wanted to leave a hair dryer that would be great for guests who forget one 😊

Great location, house needs work

The house has a great location, but is older and had some issues. Could use updates and a deep cleaning. Pet hair on couch, marks on walls, toilets had water rings, no hair dryer or any beach towels, limited hot water. The price was great for the location, and in Sea Pines you get what you pay for, so overall it was fine for our group. I’d recommend it, but be aware of the flaws.

Family HHI Trip

The location of the house is excellent. The layout is great but there are so many issues with the condition I wouldn't stay again. To say the house needs an update is a huge understatement - most are minor repairs that could be made quickly but some - like boards on the deck rotting could be a safety issue and are the bathroom ceilings just in need of paint or is there mold coming through. The kitchen is ill equipped except for the most basic cooking - no chef's knife just a dull paring knife and old pans that need to be replaced. The entire unit needs to be repainted. It is a shame because it could be an excellent house but it is going to take some work.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful vacation location. Everything you need close to beach and South Beach Marina. This home is spacious with a nice large great room for gathering. The bedrooms are also large, good for accommodating multiple families. However, only 2 bathrooms create a little inconvenience. (the master bathroom shares the only first-floor bathroom, three upstairs bathrooms share 1 small bath). The kitchen is closed off compared to more modern open layouts, but it is large enough and has good appliances. The kitchen opens nicely to the back deck (If the sliding door was fixed). Over-all, a nice home. I would recommend this to anyone looking for excellent beach access that does not need the most up to date accommodations.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No vacation rental company should be offering this place as an active listing. Place is falling apart and extremely outdated. Visible mold, German cockroach problem in kitchen and upstairs. Stains on carpets that could have easily been professionally cleaned out. Not to mention we were given one trash bag, one paper towel roll and one roll of TP per bathroom (2) This place needs extensive renovations and there is absolutely no reason for the condition it is in. Photos are idealized and shown in the best light possible. The only pro to this house is proximity to the beach walk access. We couldn’t handle this place so we left a whole day early from our trip.

Great location to beach and harbortown

Property was easy to find and located in a wonderful neighborhood. Cleanliness of property and maintenance very poor. Digs and scuff marks throughout, bathrooms had mold, mildew and soap scum on all surfaces. There was dog hair all over. No cleaning supplies were provided. Property manager was helpful with ants and complaints about bathrooms. Cleaning people came next day and it looked no different. Sliding door off track and didn’t work toilet seat broken, spiders stuck inside pictures on walls, nail holes all over walls, paint from trim all over floors. beds and linen were clean. Very surprised at condition of house compared to cost and locale. Met neighbors who were also renting next door and for the same cost their place much cleaner and better condition.

Absolutely fantastic house close to the beach, a bit older but everything was functional and well organized/ thought out. Outdoor shower in the backyard made clean off after beach time a breeze! Great room layout, spacious areas and great AC!

The following could have helped with our stay at this house:* only 7 forks along with very little plates, bowls, and kitchen items* many light bulbs were missing making it impossible to see in closets and other spaces * the ice maker would only make a little amount of ice each day* the house would benefit from a fresh coat of paint and repair water damage in the bathroom and other rooms.
